The team was really on top of it. Cool, clam, collected. I also appreciate their transparency when items are urgent vs we have time so I'm not rushing unnecessarily. I took two vacations and was traveling during most of this process- it was stress free. I even threw a few curve balls their way and they were very quick to manage them.

I could not be happier with Vince and his team at Primary Residential Mortgage! You are their main focus when buying a home and they get things done! Craig and his team are phenomenal. This experience was to me the Rolls Royce of home buying. Every Question asked was answered in lighting time. you never have to wonder or think to yourself what’s going on what your loan because someone was contacting you and updating as soon as something changed or was needed. My girlfriend and I already gave up with my dream house because my credit was very poor and we was tried with some different lenders; they are so rude and don’t want to help me when they knew my credit so poor. Then I found Primary Mortgage. They’re gave me low interest rate for my credit score, so surprised and feel so lucky . Then Vince was called me to process for my loan. He is awesome, he so helpful, patient, he always respond any my questions very quick even holiday and weekends. He always picks up my phone. We just closed my house in 5 days ago . Awesome work from Vince and his team. Was able to close on time and he would always make sure to communicate on time or within a few minutes if not seconds after you ask a question. My realtor was even impressed with how fast and efficient he was in making sure everything went smoothly and we were able to close on time!!

Vince and his team are excellent. Had given up on my house but Vince managed to close the loan in 14 days. Vince answered all my questions and picked up all my calls. I will definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a home. Can't praise him enough.
