I have retained a lawyer to deal with this dealership AND United Auto Credit. I have shared my story with other people and even they are baffled. This place literally ruined my life and put my family and I in a bad position. Just days after I took the car home, the check engine light came on. I got it scanned and it said a sensor. I had called their little warranty place they offered that I would pay extra for and they told me that since I had just bought the car they wouldn’t help, that I needed to reach out to the dealership. So I did. I have phone records. I spoke with Esteban and he said Michelle was out on vacation but I could still email, call and text her. So I did. I have screenshots of this as well. And got no reply. I had to keep bugging and bugging. Finally I went up there, showed her what the paper said and she wrote it down and told me she would let me know what the mechanic says. Ok. So then I asked if it was still ok to drive and she said yes, it was just a sensor issue. Played it off like nothing. Well days pass and still haven’t heard anything so I call and she goes oh my desk was cleaned off and I will have to write that down again. So I tell her yet again. Days pass yet again and nothing. Then the car starting having other issues and was becoming unsafe to have my kids in there too. Sensor got replaced. Thankfully got help with that from a shop as the owner is a client of mine and he felt bad. Well then a check engine light comes on again and the mechanic noticed there were other issues with the car. I tried calling and calling dealership. Different days and different times. Finally went to BBB and they won’t take responsibility for anything. They just try to flip it on me. Michelle went back on her word. It was until like over a month later that I finally get a call from their manager. I had finally found his contact info and reached out but didn’t get a response back till about a week later. The communication from this dealership has sucked unless they want their money. Another client of mine who is a lawyer heard what I was telling a coworker and stepped in. He said to just stop trying because they obviously weren’t going to take responsibility for anything and took advantage of my desperation. I was sold a lemon. I had spent so much on repairs that I made my first car payment late. Well then I get a call from the dealership telling me that I needed to surrender the car or they would get police involved. So I call United auto credit and they told me different information. Come to find out that on the 8th of august they sold back the car to the dealership buuuuut get this. They still took my car payment after that day had passed. So I go back and forth for a few days and I did have to surrender car even though they still took my payment. This dealership ruined my life. I lost my job due to losing the car. I lost child care as well. I found a night job but had to take a huge pay cut so now we have to go on welfare. I have a kid with a disability that has appointments he needs to get to and I have meetings at the school I have to do for him. I also have another child involved in extracurriculars that I need to get her to and she had to quit one of them thanks to this awful place. I don’t have family with cars to help like a lot of people do. I’m a single mother. I am working with a lawyer to get state involved and also am working on getting this out to many news stations and all over social media too. This will take awhile but I will not be silenced. Thousands of dollars down the drain and no remorse from anyone. I understand this is an “as is” place but as is shouldn’t mean unsafe. As is shouldn’t mean screwing a family over.

Worst car buying experience of our whole life! We went into this dealership as most people do in our situation with low credit, and needing help. They came off as helpful, having a servants heart and wanting to get us set for success.Let me warn you they did nothing short of ruin our lives for the last 2 months! The 1st car we received was supposed to be not in a wreck or clean from any damage. My husband drove this car a week and the tire blew out. We take it to the shop and was told that not only had the car been in a severe wreck, it had a bent wheel, and a tire put on that had fire damage. We paid for the tire, and urged NTA to fix the car. Although knowing we signed an AS IS agreement, as hardworking people we would never want to put someone in a car that was damaged this bad. We HOPED they would do right by us. 5 days after this my husband left for work and the car wouldn’t even turn over. We had the car towed to Hyundai and NTA proceeded to take this car to 3 different shops to fix MULTIPLE problems on the car. The car was in the shop 5 WEEKS!!! No communication. No NOTHING! Then they sold it to am auction as we were told it was not worth fixing or safe!! We SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY!However we decided to try our luck on a 2nd car on the lot. As again we were vulnerable! Michelle the sales manager said she wanted to do right by us…lol. The 2nd car was a bigger disaster than the 1st car. We had the car 2 weeks when United Auto Credit called us asking for verification of our check stubs through giving them our banking information!!! I told them NO ONE but me, God, and my husband sees my bank account info. They told us to take the car back that they would void the deal if we didn’t comply with giving them our routing and checking info!!! I have bought multiple cars and NEVER!!! HAVE I BEEN ASKED THIS!!! SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!If they simply would have called our employers verified our info we would have solved this NIGHTMARE! We lost 2,500 on this crooked scam of a dealership!!! They wouldn’t give our deposit back either!!RUNNNNNNNN AWAY AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Don't get me wrong. Absolutely great customer service. Phenomenal people. The entire staff gives great options about the vehicles on the lot and work with you on payments or how you can walk out with a car. I had purchased a 14' Chevy Sonic with a little bit of damage I wasn't aware of. I had fixed all the damage myself and with the help of the shop. Not knowing the dealership could have offered me a MUCH better price. They worked with me and understood the situation and compensated me for the inconveniences! It's hard to find open hearted and understanding people. Great patience and great care at this dealership.
