Even with some last minute changes, Lori was easy to work with and genuinely wanted to help with my renting needs. The only reason I left was to move to an industrial size unit larger than what was offered. Easy recommendation.

We needed short term storage for a couple of months and were very satisfied with North TX Mini Storage pricing and treatment . Very cooperative and helpful and gave us a recommendation of local mover that was also a great experience. Would use this storage again and recommend to anyone.

5 stars! I was in a crunch and needed a storage unit on Easter Sunday. I called North Texas Mini Storage, initially I got no answer, but within a few minutes Lori called me back, and met me over there a few hours later to get me all set up with 2 units almost right next door to each other! She was beyond helpful, and I was so grateful for her kindness and dedication to her customers that she even showed up on Easter Sunday! I only stored my belongings there for about a month, but never worried about anything being destroyed/damaged. Even in the tornados, and crazy amount of rain we have been getting, my stuff was perfectly intact, just how I left it. I would highly recommend North Texas Mini Storage to anyone who is in search of a short or long term storage need. You will not be disappointed!
