Overweight Hispanic fella with glasses working the register was passsive aggressive to me when I was looking to get a refund on an item and then purchase another item on separate transactions. Not polite at all. before this interaction he was overall lukewarm at best. I Was cordial about this but torta definitely shouldn’t be working in this industry. Other than that, did not have any issues with other service members, they were awesome

Awesome experience purchasing a Milwaukee packout online during their black friday sale. Not only was it a stellar deal, they also had a $100 gift card promo for a $500+ purchase on top of it. AWESOME! Has option for in-store pickup, saving $50 on shipping. I feel so satisfied saving several hundred dollars on my packouts. I was out of town and they had the item up front for several days. I figured they’d have it in the back but it must have been sitting up there. They were very patient and kind and called me to remind me to pick it up. I was surprised to see the beautiful packout right up front. Thank you for your patience. I love my local Northern Tool and the excellent customer service and tools. Every time I come in, someone greets me and asks if they can help me find something. It’s always a pleasurable experience here. Sometimes I come here and walk around just to clear my head after a rough day. Lol!

Our experience was disappointing. The low Google review reflects that, despite the posted hours—both online and on the building—showing a Tuesday closing time of 7:00 p.m., the manager turned my husband away nearly ten minutes early when he tried to make a quick purchase. Having worked in retail myself, I fully understand the effort it takes to close a store, but turning away customers during clearly stated business hours is, at best, poor customer service.

Went in to buy 3 cans of premixed fuel some guy came up asked him how he was thinking he was gonna check me out he did not acknowledge me at all asking if his his coworkers can quote “check me out bc he was helping another customer” to wich she said “I can’t I’m doing stuff” she then called another worker over the walkie asking him they can come up from the back to check me out they both could’ve stopped what they were doing to check me out it would’ve taken max 2 minutes to check me out they both then proceeded to walk off to wich I was a little frustrated at I own a landscaping company and don’t have all day to wait for someone in the back to to come up and check me out when there was 2 perfectly capable employees right there so I took out what I thought was enough to cover the gas put it on the register and walked out

I'm a mechanic that works close by, probably come in about once a week. Nobody ever asks if they can help me find what I need, has literally never happened, some of the employees will actively avoid you. You're in customer service, do better.

Stopped by to explore some options for an upcoming project. Team member Landon went above and beyond answering all our questions. They were professional and knowledgeably advised us as to which product would best suit our business. They took time and were patient in serving us. After browsing a few other stores who responded with “ I don’t know- read the manual after purchase” to questions , highly recommend the folks here, they know their customers needs and their products completely. Will definitely be back here again!

Only kids working here. No one ever acknowledge me in any way.
I had to wait on the cashier to stop mopping the floor to check out and then she wanted a bunch of info from me, became an issue. The price she rang up was not the price on the shelf. I just left and didn’t buy anything.
