This is the place to go for healing. I have been seeing Mary since 2013. She is the best. She identified a misdiagnosis from a group of Doctors and saved me from a life of misery. She is one of my lifes heros.!

I want to start off by saying, this is the best clinic I have been to, everyone was so kind, and talkative in a good way since I was nervous about my health, it eased my nerves. Mary showed attentiveness and compassion, and listened to me. Clinic was clean as well. I don't have children but if I did I would bring them here as well. Overall great experience!

It is rare for a provider to take the time to listen, educate, and develop a treatment plan WITH the patient. Mary is hands-down the best in Denton. I highly recommend her holistic approach to patient care. She truly cares about her patients, their families, and their overall health. Five stars all the way!

This is an update. I have found a new and wonderful medical provider. When I went to pick up my prescription from my new provider, I learned that NP Care Clinic had cancelled the prescription they had given me. This means the refill would not have been honored. This is such a display of NOT being patient oriented and revenge. This is all because their front desk person didn't take the time to learn how my HMA card works (similar to an HSA). She chose to ignore my instructions and talk down to me on the phone. Very poor business practice.

I’ve been seeing Mary for 10+ years and have always gotten excellent care! She shows compassion and care to each patient and takes time to listen to your needs. The front staff is also awesome! Whitney is the first person to greet you and always has a smile and takes time to explain co-pays, billing amounts etc. They got away from taking a lot of different insurances but have a wonderful in house plan you can subscribe to and it is very easy to understand. Luckily for me, they take my insurance! Kimberly is Mary’s Medical Assistant and she very caring and patient. She is always helpful with any questions or concerns. You couldn’t ask for a better group of people to take care of your medical needs! For those individuals who are looking for a new care team, you won’t be disappointed with Mary, Whitney and Kimberly!

Update/Response: For the last time, it is NOT insurance. There is cash in that account. I explained to Kandice it was the first time I used it and I am told, they offer cash pay but they want the itemized statement sent in. They don't allow me to file it or I would. While the entire thing is not Whitney's fault, the idea that you and she don't understand it is NOT insurance and NOT an HSA, is on you. Apparently both just refuse to actually listen or try to understand. Her attitude towards me was absolutely NOT appropriate.While Mary is fabulous, her front office person, Whitney leaves much to be desired. I have card similar to an HSA that I was doing a self pay with. There were some glitches with the insurance company who holds the funds as they were going through a transition of procedures. I explained this on my visit and told them to get back to me if they had any issues. There was an issue and they reached out to me. As it turned out, they had send paperwork to the incorrect email address. A couple weeks later I received a condescending call from Whitney whom I have never met. Not only is she rude and condescending treating me like I don't know what I am talking about, but she is either incompetent or only cares about the money. She continued to text me with long texts lecturing me. Instead of focusing her energy on finding a way to make it work, she choose to berate me via text. I have to wonder if Mary knows she told me I was welcome to go to another provider. Naturally I will, as this says a lot about this practice. My hope as a new patient is they were patient oriented. It isn't like they weren't getting paid. It was simply a glitch. Very poor business. Think twice before starting a relationship with this group if you want to do something other than basic insurance or use a credit card or cash.

An amazing place to be with amazing people who genuinely care about the whole person! Due to a change in my insurance plan I am no longer a patient but I am grateful for Nurse Becton and the care both my son and I received!

Mary has been my PCP for at least 10 years. She actually takes time to listen (and talk - lol) with her clients. She knows our family situation and sees us and takes care of all of our needs. Her staff are also friendly and helpful. Even when my insurance was no longer accepted, we continued to use her. I think she is going to a 'boutique' style clinic now, and we are probably going to continue to utilizing them for our daily needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Used to be an okay clinic. Not so much now. I can call 6 times and none of the calls even go through. Why am I wasting money when my care isn't taken seriously? I have had ongoing issues and instead of getting back to me in a timely manner they just suggest going to the ER. Ive been calling 6 times a day over a week and have left voicemails with no calls back.

Not sure how to rate it because I couldn’t be seen. Despite the previous reviews and search terms, this is NOT an urgent care facility nor are walk-ins allowed. A bit bizarre to have this pop up on an urgent care search only to be told you need to schedule an appointment days ahead.

I drive 45 minutes just to go her for my whole family. We all love Mary and Lisa and her whole staff they are always so helpful and understanding. They break everything down for you and explain everything they are doing to help you. I would recommend them to anyone
