“We just had a wonderful experience at the Painted Flower Farm! The staff is so knowledgeable- it’s incredible! They have an amazing selection of native Texas plants. My children loved getting to smell (and taste) some of the plants. I will definitely be returning! Spend your money here instead of the big box stores!!”

“Delivering items to Calloway’s in Denton can be a bit of a challenge for truck drivers. The employees themselves are friendly and helpful, but drivers should be prepared — getting a 53-foot trailer in and out of this location is not easy. You cannot enter from the interstate. You’ll need to go through the Pep Boys next door and back down to the nursery. The staff even stopped oncoming traffic to help me maneuver safely.
I was able to park overnight in their lot, and they allowed us to use the restrooms, which was appreciated. The staff here are very kind people. The all-girl crew unloaded me quickly — less than an hour from start to finish.
Once you get the truck positioned, everything else is smooth and pleasant.”
“i would bever leave a bad review BUT i bought this lovely plant and it had some mold on it and i thought no biggie, ill spray it down with a fungicide and keep rolling. but after 2 days of rain this plant is looking rough the mold took it over, just please take card of your outdoor plants better, im gonna try my best to save it but im not hopeful… a very expensive heartbreak and lesson learned for me”
“Never had a problem at this spot. Always going to be small things that another location has more of then them. This is manufacturing issues. Not this locations problem. Not a 5 star because the Christmas Tree pricing in the parking lot is still way too steep.”
“Best hardware store in town, hands down. Helpful, kind people everywhere, ready to answer questions, take you to the product you're looking for, walk you through a project, or order an item online. And can we discuss the garden center??? They have so many plants in such a small space! They KNOW their plants and actually care for them. Its amazing to see people passionate about their jobs, their products, and their customers. Awesome store.”
