The Best experience I had at this laundromat and location the owner was really nice and helpful I wasn't for sure how to get a laundry card and he showed me every step of the way Mr Charlene I recommend dryers are free and the washers they spin the water out so much it's almost all the way dry so bring your family and friends. The only thing I experience. Don't ever come at 8:00 pm Bc She will Rush you out the door even if your not done. If she was more like a business woman.She would wait until everyone was done before locking the door. I was rushed out the door so fast.I couldn't even fold my last load of my clothes. Now that was unprofessional, her part never go late again

I love coming to this laundry mat the convince of being able to you use your debt card to load your wash card is a game changer. I love the free dry, but my only complaint is what comes with the dryers. There should be a lining on people being able to just let the laundry sit after drying. I’m currently washing and had to pay $4 to use two dryers. The reason for the no dryers is due to people just letting their stuff sit after it’s dry. I think there needs to be a time limit enforced. I shouldn’t have to have paid $4 more after washing $40 in clothes.

I used to love this place due to its cleanliness but it’s been three times that I have come to wash here and I notice that it didn’t even take the soap so I basically just washed with water and softener. I’m not one to let one issue disturb me but after the third time I tried to complain and they said there was nothing they could do and that my clothes smelled fine, well of course it smells fine because it has softener in it… The guy even had the audacity to tell me that I should just be in front of the washer next time and make sure the detergent goes down to the washer. Unbelievable. Below is pictures of the soap still in the washer after washing.

No posted hrs on the website or storefront and hrs on Google are wrong. I came 7:35 on a Saturday morning, when Google said they are open, and there were 4 other cars waiting to get in. Place locked tight.

Washer broke if you want clothes clean u have to wash twice the sofner gets taken during wash not since ruined my clothes woman said she take responsibility

I had rushed out Friday morning and left some items that needed to dry a little longer in the dryer. I am happy to say when I remembered and went by Saturday morning someone had turned them in and you saved them for me. This is a great place to do your laundry.

***BEWARE*** If you use a debit card in the washing machines, they will place a $16.00 hold on your card until the next day. This is a scam to force you to buy their laundry card for $2.00 and then load money on it at $5.00 increments. So if the washer is $3.17 (yes, they charge odd amounts), you lose $1.83, plus the $2.00 for the card. This is the ONLY laundromat in the UNITED STATES that does this. It violates Texas and federal law.UPDATE: It is now 5 days later, and the $16 hold is STILL ON ME.
