Only 1 person attending today at approximately 7pm, a young man with long, yellow hair and a mask.
After spending more than 30 minutes waiting for my turn, he told me you should wait because I am going to serve a client on the phone.

If you're not a man, please don't go here. The reason I stated this is because everything is over priced, they will not try and find you a cheaper deal and most of the time you are over looked if you don't go to the counter for assistance. The only good thing I can say about this place is if you purchase a product from them, they will help you put it on your vehicle. Lady's bring a mechanic with you.

This is my second time coming to this location my first visit wasn’t as pleasant as this one, this time the guy behind the counter Levi was very professional and helpful , he took the time to look up my vehicle information and find the right parts for the job. Came for headlights and brake lights. Pricing was decent. Plenty of staff to help. Hector was knowledgeable and helped me pick out my items. He was very kind and respectful, and installed them for me! Thanks for being a kind human Hector! I would let you date my daughter!

I went to the O'Riley's to get an NEW alternator and found out I wouldn't need it and try to return it for a full refund. When I tried to return it they claimed it wasn't an O'Reilly's part and it used. I didn't open the box the entire time I had it nor did they open the box when I bought it to ensure it was their part. One of the associates accused me of tampering with it when I bought that part from them. He started marking things heated and had to be sent away by another associate. The manager refused to give me a full refund and only offered me core value. They robbed me of $300 for their screw up, a member of their staff insulted me, and they refused to make it. They are negligent when it comes to their inventory and negligent when it comes to fixing their screw ups. Don't go here.

Slow to get any service plus people working there have Short term memory which in turn gave me Turret while watching monkeys at the Zoo.I know this isn't nice;but it was my reality.

I went to the store to purchase a screwdriver not knowing what type or the best quality. The salesperson, Bryson has made my day. He saw me wandering. He approached me and greeted me, then asked if I needed help. I replied yes, he walked me through the aisle and helped selected. Then he offered to assist me install my license plates. He demonstrated outstanding customer service with respect and care. I wanted to share this with everyone.
