Personnel aren't consistent with getting requested bed/tan times correct. Has happened to me twice in the last two weeks and I was given the reason as the person who helped me was in training both times. Either the person in training isn't able to accurately complete a customer request or the training is inadequate or not properly monitored. The individuals certainly aren't trained enough to answer simple expected questions so they shouldn't be manipulating customer requests.Service: Sunbed tanning

I love this location! the staff is ALWAYS very nice and welcoming in a professional way! every room/bed I've used is always clean and the towel + goggles are set up so neatly! I 1st started at level 1 and after about a month I upgraded to gold level and it really is so worth it to sign up for the premier rewards memberships!! I am about to upgrade to platinum and if you haven't already upgraded I suggest doing it ASAP!!! I'll eventually upgrade to the highest level but seriously the platinum is AMAZING!!!! I really love this place!!!

I was a loyal customer for a couple years. My account had fraud on it and that being my only card I was unable to pay my membership until my new card arrived. There was an error with that and it took twice as long to get my new card. In the meantime I found a place where I could work out and tan for half the price and pay cash to start. I sent an email on line on March 10 when I still didn't have my new card with a request to cancel my membership. I received an email saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Never heard back. Sent another message a few weeks after with the same request. Never received any confirmation this time. Called the salon and was told that you are not able to do that online. Said I had to come in. Drove the 25 minutes and was told I would have to pay for March and April and late fees for $99. They told me to call the home office as I refused to pay. Home office told me today that they would remove April but would still have to pay March because they handled it back on March 10. She gave me dates they supposedly sent me emails and I do not have one of them. I show no emails except for the one back on March 10 saying someone would contact me. I would have paid for March at that time and tanned for a almost a month had I have known about the charge. Hell I would pay for April right now and tan for the next 2 weeks but that was not an option. I have to pay for March and receive nothing. I made it clear that I am not paying as the fraud was something beyond my control. Very disappointed!

I really love this location!!! I've had a membership at another tanning salon so this is my 1st membership at Palm Beach Tan and I just love everything! It always looks very nice clean and organized inside. When I first walked in one of the employees greeted me immediately. I told her I wanted to sign up for a membership she explained everything to me and the process was really fast! I don't even think it took 15min that's how fast it was! It felt like I was already in the room preparing to tan within 10min of walking in. The beds are always really clean I love that there's a mirror with a small shelf under it with a few hooks to hang clothes and a chair if you need it. I absolutely love this location and I can't wait to go back!! And it only takes me about 6min to drive there! I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to tan at a salon. Another reason I love it is because you can earn rewards every time you tan on certain levels!! I've already earned 10 tan dollars just for signing up on the app! The app is awesome too. It tells you your tanning history and when you're eligible to tan again, purchase history, virtual tool to see different shades of bronzers!!! And it also tells you when your next monthly payment will be taken out and exactly how much!!

The ladies working today went above and beyond!! Today happened to be the last day I could spray tan before my trip .. which happened to be the rainiest. They not only were helpful in what they would recommend spray wise , they made me an awesome rain poncho to get me to my car .

The floors are filthy. The same piece of trash will stay on the floor for days/weeks at a time. The rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly and the beds aren't either.

Do not fall for these expensive fees and monthly member fees with a contract. You still pay month fees if you cancel. They will cut you off before your month even if it’s two days you get charged one month again way to take your money

Let's just say I don't come here for the customer service. I waited 15 mins for her to clean the booth. No one was even inside but me and another person.
