I rented a 16' truck from this location for a one-way move from Denton to Albany, NY. The truck was great with cruise control and a back-up camera which made the drive so much easier! Every Penske employee I spoke to provided fantastic customer service. I am so grateful to each one of them for the help I received.

I cannot say enough good things about Penske and this office.
We rented a truck to move from Texas to NY and everyone at the Penske office was kind, courteous, and professional in helping us get everything situated so we could make it to our house closing on time. Mo in particular deserves a ton of praise for his commitment to helping us out, and for his willingness to go above and beyond making sure all of our equipment was working properly and would get us to our destination.
We're now in NY after a couple hiccups on the road(that the 24/7 team helped resolve), and I will always recommend Penske to anyone that needs to rent a truck for anything. You guys are awesome.

Professional and courteous. They solved my Tractor problems other Mechanics couldn't. Manager and workers very friendly. One of the best truck breakdown encounters I've had. I highly recommend them.
