Corporations like this store continue to get greedy in today's economy where people are struggling to put food on their table AND take care of their pet. Not only is everything more expensive but now this PETCO is also charging 10 cents a plastic bag. If someone like me comes in to a store and spends $65 on stuff for my pet I should AT LEAST get a free bag to place my small items and carry them out in a dignified way. RIDICULOUS. PETCO should be ashamed of themselves for being so money hungry and greedy. It's not the 10 cents - it's the principle. I can spend my hard earned $65 somewhere else next time.

I came into this Petco to get something for my cat. I saw that they had two cats up for adoption so I went over to see them out of curiosity. I was appalled by their living situation. One was sleeping in it's own litter box and looked extremely sad. The other cat had an infection in its eye and looked like it had no room to even move in it's enclosure. This is super disappointing and if I had the opportunity to adopt them both I would have but seeing I have an aggressive cat already I cannot. If anyone sees this please look into this and maybe consider adopting them:(

Never a bad time when I come. Sometimes the smell can be overbearing so I hope they can work on that. Close to my house staff is always friendly when I go.

I went in to purchase their Just Food for Dogs food and they didn't have the turkey kind I was looking for. I saw an associate by the name Kaleb and asked for his help! He was so through and helpful and just overall went above and beyond to make sure that what I needed, I got. It was so nice to see someone not just try to quickly answer a question and move on, he was very thorough, helpful, pleasant and made the experience way better! Kudos to Kaleb for being so kind and helpful!

I ordered for pickup and Kurt was super rude and I had to wait 30 minutes for two items. Ill be going to a different petco from now on because of my experience with him (Kurt).

I went yesterday to this store looking for a Pet Step for my puppy. I asked an employee in what aisle I could find one. She walked with me and showed me where I could find one; unfortunately, they were all sold out. As I was heading out of the store, the same employee walked towards me holding a Pet Step that was returned and could not be resold because it was slightly damaged. To my surprise, she gave it to me for free. I was full of gratitude for this lovely gesture. I definitely recommend this store.

We stopped by today to get two new collars and dog tags for our doodles. Good selection and prices and they had the id tag machine to engrave everything. Happy with our experience.

I would give 5 stars every day for the groomer who grooms my dogs. She does the most incredible job, gives me report cards when I pick up, and is kind and patient with my special needs dog. 5 stars all around for Brandi! No complaints there. :) However, the way the salon is organized has concerned me the last few times I have dropped off for appointments. Today I waited 25 minutes to get in for my appointment while the salon was letting walk-ins ahead of those who had appointments- there was about 5 other dogs waiting in the lobby as well, making it a higher stress environment for all animals involved. I understand businesses are slammed more than ever and I would guess that the grooming staff probably has no control over appointment scheduling- but for whoever does have control over amount of appointments- we were just all a little concerned that the salon was too over-booked.

Picked our puppy up with this injury on his face after a grooming visit. Nothing was said at pick up about it, when spoke to manager about it and showed her the picture she denied it and tried to say he might have scratched his own face.

This is the nicest fish department of all the pet supply stores within an hour. I was more impressed than my recent visit to the Dallas World Aquarium. Super clean and pretty aquariums with better plant selections. The woman who helped me is obviously a fish pro and then jogged to the register to ring me up too.

I love the groomers at this store , they always make my girls look amazing. They have friendly and great customer service which is hard to find in this sort of business. Thank you Rayzor Ranch Petco groomers and bathers .
