Generous, patient, creative and kind!! I had a paint “emergency” with a contractor waiting at the house. The team at PPG figured out how revive my old paint and get me back out the door with a smile on my face. Thank you!! I am a customer for life!

If there was a customer service tutorial PPG Paints would be the one to watch. Michael/Kinzie store was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me find paint for my apartment complex. I am so thankful for his help and kindness!!!!! He made my day! I hope he gets a big bonus I was there 7/12/24 @ 1:30pm.

Since new manager took over they never have any products available novice people in the store not knowing products don’t come here to shop if you’re looking for same day products to be available

Great customer service. Always knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer the will find away to get the answer. Very friendly staff and the manager is a great person.

Terrible customer service. Paint is not good. Tall guy is cocky and rude and arrogant towards painters and you can not see the sign to find it until you are on it. The store is not as visible to the public. No parking. Hard to get too.The manager, is nice but the other one is not.Argumentative.Ppg lacks real color choices and can not get orders done fast enough.
