Couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I made the drive there to ask for a quote on a paint job. They said they don’t do any work that would be covered by a warranty. That seems a little crazy for collision shop to say that they don’t cover anything that would be covered by your car’s warranty. But what do I know? I also felt like the manager was a little bit abrasive, cutting me off mid sentence to tell me to go to a mom and pop shop. Do not recommend!!!

I won’t go anywhere else from now on- Excellent quality work and service.
I’ve brought 2 cars here in the past year through insurance due to people hitting my vehicles. I won’t go anywhere else now.
The shop was fair, professional, and communicated with me throughout the whole process.
Layne did a great job with estimating the required work and time to repair.
CJ, the manager, kept me updated constantly with any updates and made sure I knew what was going on with my car.
I really hope I never have to need a car fixed again, but if I do, I’m going back to Gerber.

Old Alton Rd location was amazing! They did everything possible to make sure the work was right, fast, and as expected. They repaired issues that other locations caused, and kept working hard for perfection. Absolutely amazing!

Just got my Toyota Tacoma back today. Had bad hail damage. I didn’t think it would ever be the same. They cut the roof off and replaced. They replaced the hood. Replaced the bed cover. The windshield had to come out and so did the back glass. Painted the replaced parts and the front fenders. After all that it looks better than I could’ve hoped for. It looks like new. Thank you Brian, Orlando, and Penny. Y’all did a great job.
