The person who helped me didn't stick me until he was sure that he had a usable vein, which I highly appreciate, because sometimes it turns into a game of pin the tail on the donkey on my arms. He wound up having to use a vein in my hand, but was so gentle it didn't even bruise!

On Friday morning I was a walk-in but I got right in. The tech was very nice. I was there 2 days before, but my doctor had failed to send the order. The person who waited on me seemed to be annoyed with me. It was not a great situation.
