Devin was such a great cashier to us when we were traveling through! He was very kind, polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet him & see RaceTrac hiring such quality employees. He is truly an asset to the RaceTrac team. Thank y'all for hiring him!

I went there during the night shift and an employee at the counter was super friendly and kind! He was tall and funny, I didn’t get his name but overall made my experience at racetrac super positive and pleasant! 😆 I know I am welcomed back during the night shift thanks to him.

Old white funny looking guy at the register in his jersey was rushing me and pushing my items toward me aggressively. Did not like that, seems he had a bad Christmas whomp whomp. Nobody cares. Do your job right or leave.

I and a group of friends come here quite a bit, and I tell you that I am about to be burned out of this place. It's the same stuff they make, half of it is what they used to have. My sister bought a couple of pieces of pizza, bacon and cheese burger...it wasn't as tasty--and if any, it tasted mediocre. The pizza tasted like it was 'sweet'-it must have had honey mustard on it--we didn't like it too much. I wanted to get some water-we saw a 2-for-$2 deal--I thought about getting the 2 bottles, but I wanted 1...the guy at the cashier, (he's usually nice, and we have no problem with him)-we were at the cash register, and since I had just 1 one bottle to share with my sister, he said 'that doesn't work that way ma'am' I tried to tell him that I wanted a different name brand water, but he was pushy, and charged us for the 2-for-$2 anyway! This was kind of disrespectful--he didn't give us chance to change the name brand, but just pushed ahead anyway, and after all we were as respectful as we had always tried to be the many times we went there doing business! So because of this, I am not coming back, but if the friends go there, I've got no choice! Oh, I could go there, but probably just to go to the ladies room and get out. Why should I give my business to a place that sells junk food and a lack of respect, but yet find it okay to be rude?

Manager said it was race track policy for all employees to check IDs. This morning my ID got checked but I just wanted to come on here and let you know that there are inconsistencies. This is the first time I have ever been ID at this location. I come here almost every day to buy anything and everything. The only thing I have a problem with is how upset the manager was with me and how he kept repeating how other people that work there can put their jobs in jeopardy but he's not going to. If it was RaceTrac policy for every employee to check every customer's ID when they're buying tobacco products or alcohol then I feel like that should be followed through to every employee. Every time I go in the afternoon I've never been ID before. There are major inconsistencies in this policy and I think y'all need to reinforce This rule with each and every employee. If you're going to have your manager telling customers that every employee IDs then y'all need to follow through with that and not pick and choose who you decide to ID and who you decide not to

The day shift is usually fine, but the night shift is terrible. Half the time the store is temporarily closed at night. I've also seen the 2 big dude employees out front smoking weed multiple times, leaving me unattended in the store. The recent acceptance of homeless people make it sketchy too.

Stopped, and put gas in my car paid at the pump and then come to find out they put a 125.00 hold on my account I used my pin and didn't pay by credit this is wrong.......

I always stop here on my way home to buy a drink and have always had an okay experience. Sometimes the soda fountain is out of syrup, but it’s okay, I don’t really mind. Their employees are usually nice and fast. This is by far the cleanest RaceTrac in Denton and the best. I wish RaceTrac would bring back their $1 fountain drinks, that’s the only reason why I stop on my way home.
