Sunday 10/19/2025 11:00PM. Employee locked out all customers, refused to make any sales to anyone. Employee is currently inside on his phone, still telling everyone they're closed. Worst racetrack in Denton hands down.

Customer service at this place is terrible. The lady with pink hair couldn't be bothered to help me. She looked like i was bothering her when i went up to her & tried to get help.

Bathroom was semi clean and smelled good.
AGAIN, NO TEA.
The worker said they were out. Another racetrack on Beach in Fort Worth told me it was too late to make tea. Another location in Watauga gave me a coffee instead of tea (that was nice) because they were out.
I don’t drink sodas, so my 4 drinks a month literally can’t be used if I can’t find a location that has TEA!

I had to go to two different pumps because the pumps didn’t work… And then they couldn’t even transfer the amount over to the new pump. I had to recharge my card… And then wait another 15 days to receive the refund… And the lady at the front was extremely rude! And had a severe attitude!

Are all of your employees allowed parking at the pumps in the shade all day blocking them from use. 😑

Saving points is useless with race track they don’t have shit to redeem. Was only stacking for the Red Bulls now I’m tier 4 and over 1000 points I’ll maybe use but you don’t have any reason for me to go back to race track. Do better with the rewards stuff or something. Maybe just make it cash value..

Got fuel then tried to use the restroom and it was closed. There were three people working just standing around there. No reason for the restrooms to be completely closed.

This location is nothing like the one on university they have a hot station that has fresh cooked pizza and empanadas and burgers etc. and there is always strangers hanging around the building making it feel unsafe when entering the store I took 3 of my grandkids all under 5 years old to get slurpees and it was at night before we could get to the door my son had to jump out of the car because we thought we were going to get attacked by the ppl hanging outside he literally had to escort us in the store

If you use the bathroom, watch out !!
Both gender bathroom commodes are Opposite the wall and when someone gets off on the others side your side goes down and you think your going to hit the floor ? …..!!! If someone gets on the other side you think you will hit the ceiling ???

Stopped by for bottled water and restroom but the restroom was closed. Unfortunately I decided not to make any purchases since I will have to stop elsewhere to use the restroom. Might as well make a purchase where the restroom are available to their customers
