I previously paid loads of money for my car insurance (not at State Farm) and Noemi helped me! She brought it down and told me about lots of other benefits as well, she also answered all of the questions I had, she was extremely charismatic and helpful, and I'm definitely going to move the rest of my insurance to State Farm!

The staff here is always so nice and ready to help. My last call was with Jessica Reyes. She quickly helped me make a change on my auto policy and then emailed me my new docs while we were on the phone. Super Nice. If you don't have a Jessica Reyes in your life, you missing out.

Living overseas, getting good service is difficult. Having to call at 5 am is even more difficult. Desiree answered my call and went above and beyond, even finding that my longevity discount was still in effect from almost five years ago. She took the time to check. She now has my car and both homes on State Farm blessings and ask for Desiree
