I left my things for a few months with two other girls which they moved out first. I came back to move myself out but saw that rats got into my things. I left a complain after being transferred on the phone like 3 times. I check my email to see that they asked me for where,when,date,receipts, credit OR debit
card receipts, a photo of every single thing that was destroyed. Respectfully, no one is going to have every single receipt of something they got YEARS ago. I had to throw away so many things because they either got shit on, chewed or smelled horrible because of the rats. I provided photos of the evidence but they still need MORE proof in order to give me back SOME sort of refund. It’s ridiculous at how much they ask of their customer after already getting proof. I understand it may be policy, but receipts of absolutely everything, date, time, and location of the purchase is far too much.
The place also reeks of rat pee and they run around the place constantly.
