Robert’s Paint and Collision and I have resolved our dispute. I have taken my cars to Robert’s Paint and Collison on several occasions and a dispute arose one time that led to my posts regarding the same. Thankfully, we have resolved the issue amicably. I am taking down my prior posts and I ask that you disregard them, as they do not accurately reflect the reputation or workmanship of Robert’s Paint and Collision. I am very impressed by Robert’s Paint and Collison’s commitment to customer satisfaction. On top of that, they do an amazing job for a great price. I’d recommend Robert’s Paint and Collision to anyone.

We had an accident (no fault to us) that involved 2 Semi tractor trailers. I was very shaken up. Especially being my first accident.
This company was quick to arrive and even made sure we were taken care as efficiently and professionally as possible.
The tone and care used when dealing with the situation was nothing less than caring and warm.
It's so hard when you have an accident to begin with so having people that show consideration and care was a blessing.
Yes, they took care of the vehicle too but things can be replaced, it's the compassion of humanity that counts!
I highly recommend this company if you're ever in need of a tow, body work or even a mechanical fix. They will treat you right and be fair and honest.

These guys did a great job taking a look over on my motorhome. I was referred to them by Camping World up the street for a brake issue I was experiencing. Their price was fair and the service was top notch. Sergio kept me updated and also did some preventative maintenance on the motorhome. If you are having chassis problems, I strongly recommend these guys for maintenance. They also do body work if needed. If you dig deeper into the reviews, ignore all the towing reviews as they have contracts with the police for accidents and will naturally get bad reviews from people pissed off.

I highly recommend Robert's for collision repair and mechanical repair. They are professional, polite, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. They saved me from having my vehicle totaled when Caliber Collision doubled the estimated repairs for my minor accident. When I went in for mechanical repair, the technician skipped his lunch to finish my vehicle because I was unable to leave the shop. This may not mean much to some, but shows me a dedication to his craft and consideration for his customer.
I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever I have the need.

DO NOT USE ROBERTS COLLISION & MECHANICAL REPAIR. I took my small motor home to get the assist suspension air bags replaced. He wouldn't give me a firm price because "they would have to check it out." Very friendly. but when I went to pick it up the bill was about three times what I was led to expect. He had added $129 to inspect(spray soapy water on and watch for bubbles) and six and a half hours labor, $838, to replace the two air bags, which u tube videos indicate takes an hour or two at most, and added $75 shipping for the air bags. And he wouldn't give me the old air bags as he had promised. What a ripoff! Don"t let him do it to you.

For over a decade, Robert's PC&R has been the only place I trust to take care of my vehicles. Twice when I've called, their tow service was able to come right away. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are good and the final bill is never a surprise because they call to get approval of any changes. I definitely recommend the Perches Boyz and their great team of mechanics!

The abbreviated version of the story:Due to the sheer negligence of their diesel technician, they blew my just upgraded $25,000 6.0 diesel engine and rendered it useless thereby negating my 5-months of hard work and wasting my entire $25,000 investment in the truck.I presented video evidence to the owner proving that the negligence of his diesel tech caused to destruction of my engine. And when I texted him a few times with no response, finally he responded after I asked for a part of my truck he still had and for his insurance agent's information. His response? The middle finger emoji. Yep, you read that correctly. He responded to my appropriate and professional texts with the middle finger emoji.Because Robert Perches decided to do that, I will likely be filing a lawsuit against him and his business on 30 September 2023, which is 60-days after he will receive my letter of demand, Now, the long version:youtube.com/watch?v=FEUH…I called them to tow my truck to a Ford 6.0 Specialist. I have known Sergio and Robert for years, and I have always used them for any towing I have needed to do in Denton or nearby. All I wanted was to get my truck to the Ford 6.0 Specialist so he could run diagnostic and compression tests and then give me his opinion on what I needed to do to get the truck going. But when I called for the tow, Sergio asked me to consider giving them my business. I explained that my truck was not a typical stock Ford 6.0, and I really needed a Ford 6.0 specialist who is also familiar with performance upgrades. He assured me multiple times that his diesel technician was up to the job. I explained that all I was really wanting was diagnostics and compression testing. I did not want to have to pay for work I could do myself. Sergio said he understood that, and that after diagnostics, if it was just minor buttoning up that needed to be done, I should let his guy do it. So after Sergio asked for the business multiple times and assured me his diesel tech was up to the work, I agreed to let them do the diagnostic and compression testing. After testing, the tech advised that I needed a new HPOP and 4 fuel injectors. I told Sergio that I was quite capable of removing the old HPOP and injectors and installing the new ones. So I wanted him to tow the truck back over to my house, and if after installing the new parts the truck still didn't start, I would have him tow it back. Well, Sergio explained all the reasons (real and otherwise) why it was not a good idea to do that, and that I should just let his technician do the work. He also said he would take it easy on me on the labor since I had just paid over $3k to them for work they did on my son's truck (also poorly done, but that is for another time). In other words, not only did I let Sergio talk me into letting his diesel tech who was not nearly qualified enough to work on a heavily modified and upgraded engine like my 6.0 work on my truck, I also allowed him to talk me into paying for work I did not need to pay for -- work I could do myself -- all because it was more convenient (and more profitable) for him. I have this problem of not being good at saying no to people I like, even when they ask me for unreasonable things or ask me to do unreasonable things. And then even though all they really had to do was an afternoon's worth of work with replacing the HPOP and fuel injectors, it took them one full month to totally destroy my life. LOL They misdiagnosed and guessed, and the technician wasted time doing little stuff I didn't ask him to do. It was a freakin' boondoggle bait and switch from the very beginning. I told them several times that I just needed the bare minimum done -- and that I didn't really even need that. I just wanted the diagnostics and compression testing. I also told them several times that the truck was still my daily driver, so not having it for another month was seriously inconvenient for me. Sergio didn't seem to care to listen to or care about either of these statements at all. He also just continued to assume t

4 stars. I did not use this company but I called with a question and the gentleman spoke to me about my issue and provided me advice instead of railroading me to come in. That speaks volumes about their service and practices.
