I went with my mom to get some products because we wanted to dye her hair at home. Our total was $14.80, the girl at the register (with colored hair and buns on her hair) I didn’t get her name so this is all I remember from her but she told us that we could get another product for free from salon care because they had a promotion going on and we just went and picked something randomly (a spray bottle). Once she gave us the new total she wanted to charge us $34 which was just ridiculous and she decided to say the bottle was 10 dollars so she wanted to charge us for that instead. Next time be a little more clear. Not to mention when I asked her to take it off because it seemed d*** to pay $10 dollars for a spray bottle we didn’t even need it was OFFERED to us for “free” she had a horrible attitude and handed me off the receipt like a snob. This was so ridiculous I couldn’t help but laugh. It seemed like she lacked common sense because how do you not realize how d*** it is to want your customers to pay more money for no reason.

I came to this location today after another location in Denton Texas on University Dr were rude and acted like two customers didn’t come in. As soon as me and my sister walked in we were greeted , everyone spoke and they helped me find what I was looking for in less than a min. Thank you so much for treating us as customers.

I come to this location exclusively for the customer service and knowledgeable recommendations. The ladies are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure the store is clean and stocked. I met the CEO today when he popped in to check on the store & he bought me a flat iron so I could try the ION brand!!!They’ve met my needs & exceeded my expectations... and if you don’t see/know what you need, just ask!

Two of the three employees were super helpful, but as I was trying to pick a semi permanent hair color an employee was standing in the area so I had to keep moving around her to locate the color. I said excuse me but she just looked irritated and picked up what she was doing and left. She didn't offer any help or even act like she was an employee. Maybe it was just a bad day for her.

I went in to buy new hair color to put more purple in my hair, I couldn’t find the brand I was looking for so she recommended me one but when I went to my friend about the color I later figured out it’s the worst color to put in my hair to refresh the vibrance of the color, I was just going to buy the color but then the girl I talked to recommended a toner with it and since I’m doing it myself I always welcome good advice so I took it, later once I applied the color and toner my hair turned blue and green. When the color was lavender put on top of lavender to dark purple hair. I’m really confused as to how that could happen?!

Went in about 530 today. Browsing while my cousin shopped, didn't really need anything. One of the ladies shut off the lights about 550p. Didn't say anything to us. Another woman who came in shortly after we did asked her for help after she flipped the switches. She had been looking at supplies & developers. She needed help with toners. The employee showed her a few things & recommended that she go to the 380 store tomorrow instead of "getting anything here in a rush since we are about to close". Another woman walks in as we are checking out comes in to pick up a hold order & was greeted with the the same - we are about to close. She said she's well aware that she still had 5 minutes & was there only to pick up her order. Maybe don't work at Sally's if you hate the job & hate customers?

I was so impressed with this location, especially after visiting the other Sallys just a few miles away. The staff was so helpful and encouraging! They explained everything to me and they were excited to help!!
