I went in to get information about massage services, specifically for Staci with Perfected Touch. I’ve heard amazing things so I was definitely excited to have a new massage therapist! The front desk lady was very rude. She seemed annoyed with whoever walked in. She is definitely the reason Staci lost a customer. I highly suggest finding a new front desk person that is kind and more energetic!

Worst manager in the whole town of Denton. She did not do anything about my claim related to the worst service ever had. Giddy up Spa damaged my eye and owner, Sandy did not want to remove eyelashes from me knowing the glue of eyelashes had damaged my eye. Manager did not know what to do how to proceed what to say. Completely unprofessional manager.

New to the area. I had gotten a card for somewhere else but that stylist canceled me & never rescheduled after 2 weeks so had to find a new stylist. I did a google search and decided to check this place out. I found Danae Northington I liked that she had a picture of herself and posted pictures of her work. She so very friendly and very good at her job. I will definitely go back to her.

I went in for a facial, and they ran out of the product, so they used what was available. I was left with the steam machine facing towards my face when that malfunctioned and spewed out hot water on my face and shoulder. I am compensated with a free facial on my next visit. Hopefully, my next visit goes a lot better.

I started going here for massages with Mrs. Virginia at Touch of Tranquility and I keep going back because she's amazing! She truly cares about her clients, they're more like family to her than anything. In the first session you have with her, she wants to get to know you personally so she has a connection with you. At other massage places, the masseuse doesn't care about who you are, they're just there to get paid. Mrs. Virginia is nothing like that! She remembers what I tell her in previous sessions which are about a month apart. If I tell her about something coming up, the next session she will ask how it went. She's so sweet and she always asks for a hug before and after the session because she absolutely loves her clients. At the end of each session she also gives you a bottle of water and a sweet treat. She's my favorite masseuse I've ever had ? She responds best to text so if you want to set up an appointment, you should text her.
Today, I decided I needed a haircut because it was so dry at the ends and I hadn't had one for a few years. I walked in and asked the concierge if she knew if anyone was free. She was super helpful, got up and went to look for the person that had availability and introduced me to her. Martha at Regis Salon was who cut my hair and she did a great job! She asked me what I wanted and made a suggestion to layer it because it would look good with my type of hair, which I normally don't do. I explained to her that I wear my hair up in a ponytail alot and if I layer it, those pieces fall down and irritate me. I asked if there was a way to layer it so it wouldn't fall out of the ponytail and she said she could do long layers and I'm glad she did. My hair looks beautiful and healthy. She also mentioned about the shampoo and conditioner she used but wasn't pushy about buying it. I'll be going back to her next time I need a haircut!
