This place is a joke.
The guy who did my nails was extremely rude, aggressive, and even hit my hand multiple times when I couldn’t bend my hand the way he was wanting me to bend my hand due to me sitting in a pedicure chair.
The guy who did my pedicure cut my skin on my big toe then proceeded to put nail glue on it to get it to stop bleeding.
Two days in and two of my nails have already broken off.
I am a full time mom who came here for a self care day and left deeply regretting coming here due to how I was treated.
Will not be spending my money here again.

1st time here was awesome! I got a full set dip and a pedicure. The lady who did my full set was AWESOME! 2nd time was horrible! The guy who did my nails did whatever he wanted. See the inspo nails and what I got. When I asked for it to be changed, he said it was too late. $70 for something I didn't even want. If I go back, the lady will be the only one doing my nails. He never did the flowers or the nude color. He almost did them all pink had i not pushed for the shimmer nails. Im so pissed. Only think I like is the heart cat eye and the shimmer nails. Literally had to add glitter polish at home to make it better. SMH

I am a caregiver and one of my clients is in mid stages of dementia and her husband recommended I try taking her for a pedicure. I brought her here and wasn’t sure how she would take to it or the employees would be with her, but we had a very enjoyable experience and I want to thank Hannah for her patience, gentleness , understanding and kind treatment of my client. I’m protective over my clients snd was relieved at once when I seen that Hannah was going to do well with my client.

I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure today and I am so glad I did! The customer service was great and I love how my nails turned out. I will definitely be back when I’m doing another self care day!

The lady name Amy who did my nails she’s very rude for no reason. I just asked her that my thumb nail paint is a bit crooked can you fix it if possible and she’s like “I know what I am doing and if you don’t like it do it at home by yourself”. These are the exact words she said. I don’t understand why u gotta be so mean to the customers. If you don’t like working just quit please don’t show your attitude towards customers..
Thank you for the reply. I just wanted people to know this is how exactly you are and everyone can see in the photo that I am pulling my skin or not. I also wanted to mention this is not my first time coming here. I never had bad experience with anyone but just you.Also I never ever mentioned about the price of the nails so before calling anyone cheap know what that makes u.
