Real hatha yoga, solid 10/10 very knowledgeable and experienced instructor and practitioner, Jenny is awesome! She can adjust towards all skill levels.

I ride horses 7 days a week and get pretty sore from these activities, Jenny was super helpful and informative and was able to guide me immensely, even though I am not really used to doing much yoga. Will definitely be going back!
