I just took a metal piece to paint match and buy paint for a small project to match my new construction. I was told they don’t paint match?!? When I said my contractor wanted to use them and I was trying to match they said “he”- my contractor could come in and get a match when he buys paint. Not sure if they don’t sell to the public or aren’t interested in selling to women but neither restriction is advertised. I just put my card back in my pocket and left. Looks like my contractor will need to find another place to buy paint. I’m no longer interested in doing business here.

For some odd reason, I thought I could go to a paint store and get help and information regarding my paint needs. The man at the counter did not seem very knowledgeable about the types of paints available and seemed unwilling to help me resolve any questions I had. I don't know much about different types paint, hence my need to go to a paint store and ask for help and information. A customer is not there to make your job easy, do some work and get off your phone while I am standing right in front of you. Also, no samples to make sure I am getting the right paint?? Very disappointing.

I love the store on University in Denton. I always get quick and courteous service. The paint is reliably good too!

Paint matched perfectly first time out the gate. It’s a little pricier but you pay for the quality. Why not, it’s your forever home right?

I went in for a few gallons of paint. The manager, some old guy named Roman was very disrespectful. I was asking him several questions and he was getting irritable with me. At one point he even raised his voice. I don't appreciate that. Leadership should never resort to such childish behavior. I will never shop at Sherwin Williams again. The prices are outrageous and the "management" is absolutely disrespectful.

I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff at the Denton location is. They helped us get the perfect match for a room that needed touch up's on paint that was over 8 years old!
