I have purchased two automobiles from Sign it Drive it. We are in the market for a Honda Pilot. We went back to Sign It to view their inventory of Pilots. We found one we liked and asked permission to take it to our mechanic for a pre buy inspection as we have done previously. We currently own a Pilot and love the car. This is where Sign It and one of its sales manager allowed twenty grand to walk out of the door. For some odd reason, if you have decided to purchase the car pending a successful pre buy inspection, you must first take the car for a test drive. If you don't take the car for a test drive, no sale. I was asked if I didn't take it for a test drive, how would I know I liked it? I told the sales manager I would be driving it to the mechanic and that could double as a test drive, and my Pilot was sitting in their parking lot. I was informed that my "condescension" was not appreciated. Further if I did not test drive it, I would not be allowed to take it to my mechanic. Sign It may have more business than they need. They sure treated my business that way.

I just financed a 2019 Lincoln MKC from sign it drive it and it’s a great car that was marked at a really good price! Tj was patient with me and made sure I got all of the features I wanted. The only down side is the dealership doesn’t fill your tank all the way :/

Enormous waste of time. If you have better options, please seek them out for your own sake. I was contacted by a sales person during work hours, then he couldn't be bothered to answer the phone when i returned his call. If you get prequalified online that changes the second two set foot inside so don't put too much stock in that. Then there is the fact that the person who took my answers for the credit application had to come back and bother me three separate times because he forgot to ask all the questions on the application. Also don't count on them to greet you or make you feel welcome whatsoever. The car that they assured me was in sock was no longer available. When I got there to look at it. Way to bait and switch!

Worst customer service ever. Sold me a 2019 Ford Expedition that they claimed had no issue and checked out with their mechanics. I have had the vehicle less than 24 hours went out to crank it this morning and sounded like the motor was going to fall out. They made sure that the car had been running so you couldn’t hear the rattle. It only does it when it’s cold cranked . Come to find out the phasers have to be replaced which cost $3500.00. Called to give them the chance to make it right and they told me I could purchase warranty. I asked to make sure that if I paid them the $1000 dollars for the warranty that Ben was offering it would for sure cover the issue and he could not guarantee that it would until I paid the money. We personally dealt with Jack and Ben but I promise that everyone at that car lot is in on scamming you! Learn from my mistake.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The sales staff was not pushy and answered and addressed all of our questions and addresses and concerns. The only negative thing I can say is that we had young children with us and the music in the lobby had foul language. I personally believe this should be considered at a professional establishments such as Sign it Drive it.

Experience was great. Made me feel like a person not just another sale. Needed a good used car for my daughter and tried several different dealerships but found the best price and best service hands down. Christian knows his stuff and treated me like a person, not just a commission.

**DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE** I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Bought a car from there. Seemed like it was going to be ok. Soon as I got the car I had to get the windshield replaced. Then they didn’t put it in correctly. The check engine light came on a week later. Told them and they looked and “didn’t find an issue”. The light still comes on. Less than a month later and I noticed an orange liquid leaking from the car. Radiator fluid. Now I’m about to have to pay them again to check this out and get this fixed. Only had this vehicle a month. I got the car with a dead key fob. I had to call about the fob and have the batteries replaced myself. The lock horn wasn’t working and I thought it maybe didn’t do that. But when I asked they said it did and I had to have that fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I’ve gotten cars from little mom and pop type places that have better quality and service than this.

I came to sign it drive it in hopes of finding a car that would get me from point a to point b. Christian Barrera was my salesman. He did an amazing job on finding the perfect fit. He is knowledgeable and his custome service is outstanding. I felt that my needs and wants for my new car was met and I was very happy driving off with my new car. All thanks to a great employee.

I bought my 2018 Honda Pilot and have had nothing but problems with it. The car has had consistent transmission issues with it at 40000 miles. I scheduled repairs and they say they fix the problem, even though it pops up on the drive home. I would never recommend this place ever.

Drove 40min for a confirmed appointment to buy a vehicle. When I arrived they attempted to take me outside to show me another entirely different vehicle while not having the decency to first notify me that the vehicle I came to see was already sold.Spoke to the manager about my disappointment with the situation and he was very cavalier about everything telling me they were busy and these things happen. My perception is that he is a low quality manager. Not surprised with all the bad reviews. Read them!If the manager could not address a simple customer service situation that only required common sense I doubt they he is equipped to deal with other complex problems that arise during vehicle purchases that require customer satisfaction.

We needed a vehicle right away so we overpaid problem started coming when they don't give you a full tank of gas asked where the second key was they don't know anything about it 2017 with $153,000 miles they would not come off the price even though it's black leather interior with no cooling seats and now we're driving it home you can't even hold the lane swing back and forth oh and guess what let you drive it off the lot at yours so I just don't suggest buying a car from them overpriced then they screw you if you want normal things like a tank of gas after spending 18-20,000 one would think good tires all the way around a tank of gas full would be something maybe they can handle and where's my second key we did not Finance we paid full price cash

Just visited this dealer today and nobody even bothered helping me there was only one guy he tryed to get me help no one bothered commin out thank you brother for trying to help me i was gonna see the nissan pathfinder ive seen on cargaurus i already had my preapproval letter and my 2000 down thank god nobody came outside to help me??
