Went in on 11/10/25 and Makayla helped me out, she found me two pairs of shoes that are perfect for my foot, being that i have bad arches and stance, overall very impressed, I will be back when I need more shoes

Went into the store tonpurchase 2 pairs of sneakers. Instead of purchasing, I walked out of the store due to there poor customer service. They was harassing and discussing things that is not any business of selling shoes and someone said they can not discuss this and they still continued to. This had to do with people that I personally know is not employees of this store. They have lost a customer..

Nice selection but no carts to put your boxes as you shop. Staff was very helpful.

Didn't spend much time . Picked up what I wanted . Asked help from the associate to find my size he was so polite and came back in 5 mins . Ticks all the boxes for a sketchers outlet . Recommended if sketchers is what you want 🙂

Great shoes. Have been getting my work boots here for years. Only boots that have lasted me over a year. And they are comfortable standing 10 hours a day.

I just wanted to say Mikayla at the Denton Tx store a went above and beyond to help me find the right shoes for my wife & myself She was friendly,patient, kind she sold us 2 pair of shoes & called a nearby store to make sure I got the other 2 pair of shoes I wanted She even tried to help me find something similar so I wouldn't have to make the extra drive, I am very picky she pulled shoes from the back & climbed ladders to let me try on different shoes & when I told here those wouldn't work she smiled & said that's ok sir. Thank you Mikala for all your help God Bless

One of my worst shopping experiences in 70 years. A young man told me to stop staring at him, even though he was waiting on me at the register and then told me to leave the store. I started to leave but then decided to turn around and make my purchase. He then came out of the back and threatened to call the ( his words) the police, I said ok call them. He then huffed off to the back, and soon returned to tell me that he had permission to call the police. I am ok with calling them as I am doing nothing wrong. I asked for his name but he refused and stated that he was the "manager".
He is a rude young man with black hair and face piercings. He will not need to worry about me returning, I will not give my business to an immature clerk or a poorly trained business. In summary, rude, immature, poorly trained staff member.
