Exceptional customer service! Charley is a great guy to learn the options and differences of a Sleep Number bed. And he's got a cool mustache! He walked us thru everything in a genuine, nice manner. No pressure to buy but he's got a fantastic product. We really enjoyed the experience and we're looking forward to the next 15 years of amazing sleep.

Cam is the definition of what a salesperson should be. He was attentive even with other customers he was working with, extremely knowledgeable about structure, support, sleeping positions, you name it. The best part? He LETS THE CUSTOMER MAKE THE DECISION. He is not a salesperson, he is a people person. Store has good pricing as well.

We are returning Sleep Number customers and our bed is well over 10 years old. So, we wanted to upgrade because I have severe back problems. Charley did an excellent job explaining everything about the bed, all the features and best of all he had a wonderful personality. He made it a much more enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Spending over ten thousand dollars is a big deal and we knew when we walked in we were ready to upgrade our bedding experience. Thank you for the military discount but please consider having first responders discount all the time as well. Charley should be employee of the month. 😉

Joel provided exceptional service! Despite our initial lack of knowledge, he ensured we felt supported throughout. He dedicated time to helping us make an informed decision. His knowledge and thoughtful questions aided in selecting the perfect mattress (i8 split adjustable) and pillows! (Psst: I left with the body pillow and let me tell you, I will be buried with this thing! How have I gone 41 years without it?!!) Back to business, I strongly suggest seeking Joel’s expertise for your future investment. I'm eager to experience our new bed! The eight-day wait will be VERY challenging!

I had an amazing experience at Sleep Number in Denton, TX! Benjamin was incredibly knowledgeable and guided my husband and I to our perfect Sleep Number setting. We couldn’t be happier with our new Sleep Number i8 bed, especially at such a fantastic price!

Had a great time at the sleep number store. My family has gone there many times before, but this was my first experience. I got myself a good starter bed for what I found Comfortable for myself, as well as a body pillow and several pillows for the bed itself. the employee was real helpful and did a lot of work to help me find what I was wanting

They were very informative and friendly. They explained all the different options and were not at all pushy. We shopped around after leaving the store to see what the other options were and then came back and made our purchase.

We have been the happy owners of a sleep number bed for the past 15 years but felt it was time to upgrade to some of the new features, such as cooling.
