I had a lot of trouble with my account being locked. Then I tried to pay my bill but the automatic payment was forcing me to pay 2 months when I didn't have enough. Thank God, a specialist, intervened and restored. My service until Monday so I could make the payment. I really appreciate the customer service. Thank you.

People here suck, some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Went to turn in my old equipment and inquire about New service. The guy acted like I was bothering him even though no one else was in there. This was the final straw for me I'm canceling my service and going with someone else.

Have nothing but good things to say about this store. They are not hiding hamsters in the back powering the internet in Denton. They are not responsible for your service outages. Hector was extremely helpful to my husband and I. He got us a great deal, even as current customers, and he made switching our phones from AT&T to Spectrum super easy. Everyone at the store that day was fast and helpful to everyone that arrived. They saw something like 10-15 people in the time we were just hanging out getting our phones switched over. We thought it would kind of be a painful experience to come into a store but there was no sales pitch or attempt to upcharge. We said “we want to get rid of Spectrum TV, we don’t watch it” and it was a “sure we can do that” not a “I can get you TV down to 2 pennies today”, which we appreciated. Overall a great experience with stores like these, it seems well managed and everyone is knowledgeable.

I was hoping Spectrum was going to be better than Astound and other internet services I've used. Unfortunately, Spectrum has jumped on the price gouging bandwagon along with everyone else. They just raised my monthly fee even though I didn't make any changes to my internet service. They came up with a clever excuse to punish and get more money from people who have been a loyal customer for a while. It's almost funny because there are other internet providers who don't raise their monthly fees every year.

I had some really good service at this place. Benedict was extremely helpful and took his time to make sure I got what I needed. The other gentlemen up there was also very kind, while I waited he kept up the energy with short conversation. They did a very good job making sure I was helped with the things I was currently looking for and what I might need in the future.

Do not use this provider. While they did offer great internet services, they will raise your prices through the roof without warning. All the while giving great discounts to new customers. They won't give you any help until you try to leave then they magically come up with a better rate. Then raise it even higher before. Also if you do cancel before the month is over they will continue to charge you for the rest of that month. Ridiculous, and terrible custumer service on the back end.

Some apartments force you to get spectrum, have someone deliver it, and then will bill you $100+ if you don’t return it. Shady.

Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a wifi PROVIDER. More like wifi abducter. Over the past two weeks we’ve had off and on outages and absolutely no one can offer any sort of explanation or empathy to the situation. I’m about to fail classes because I can’t access my schoolwork/lessons long enough to finish them. To Spectrum: Don’t even bother responding with anything telling me to call/chat with you. I already know you will be NO HELP.

Not really a reflection of the store but the service itself. Internet has been out 4 times this week for more than 5 hours. I regret having spectrum every day. Frontier is cheaper and NEVER went out in the whole year I had it. I can’t wait to get out of this contract and go back to frontier.

I went into the store the other day right at opening at 10:00. I was very rudely attended by a lazy long haired guy named Hunter. As soon as I spoke.to him it seemed as I was bothering him. He gave me every excuse on why he could not help me. He stated to me that I would have to wait an hour till his manager arrived. He was such a let down to this store. He was very unhelpful, rude, looked like he had been there for hours and the store had just opened. If you go there try to avoid this loose burnout.
