(I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPECTRUM) These people are not responsible to the customer. I called to cancel an Internet service, they cut it off when they felt like cutting it, and then they sent me a fine of $300. To make matters worse, I also had 2 phone lines with them, I paid $80 each month for the 2 lines. 3 months ago I called to cancel 1 line they have been charging for that line for 3 months and last month I called again to cancel the other line and I told them to please stop charging me for the previous line the woman apologized to me
With an apology they fixed it, today they charged me again for the 2 lines. And when you go to the store to ask for help they tell you you have to call, we can't do anything. So my people, don't get involved with this company, it's better to look for a company.

Went to pickup a modem and it took 35 minutes to help me. The employees are nice but they have absolutely no urgency in the way they work. I hope the internet isn’t as slow as the service.

Expect Rod Sterling to ask you, "How can I help you?" They will most definitely help you "UPGRADE" anything they offer to collect numbers on your bill so it goes HIGHER, but to "DOWNGRADE", Huh, what's that? Let's not discuss talking to a "live" human being on the phone. Nope, not going there!

Yasmari was so professional and patient. I brought my mom’s old phone in and the new iPhone SE to transfer her information; there were issues but she was so patient and kind. I highly recommend her at the Denton Crossing store. Thanks Yasmari!!

At least once a month they have an outage in our area for most of the day! They are the worst cable company I have ever had service. Our other home in NV has COX CABLE with them for over 20 years. NEVER had an outage in the past 25 years!!!

Great store service, we had Kaitlyn help us out and she was absolutely incredible! We ran into a couple of hiccups during our setup, but the manager came out and helped everything go smoothly. Whatever it is you need for your wifi services, they’ll help you out.

A YEAR AND A HALF WAITING FOR A SOLUTION FOR MY INTERNET. ONE YEAR PAYING MY BILLS WITHOUT FAILURE. ONE YEAR WHERE I HAD TO MOVE LOCATION TO BE ABLE TO WORK AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THE WORST INTERNET COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. BRAGING ABOUT HAVING THE BEST INTERNET AND SPEED IS ONLY A SLOGAN, BECAUSE NOT EVEN THE INTERNET ON MY COUSIN'S FAKE TABLET IS AS BAD AS THIS ONE.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER. AVOID BAD EXPERIENCES AND LOSS OF MONEY.

Need to find a better way to get customers taken care of. I was there 45 minutes and they only took care of two people. I still had five people ahead of me, so I left and dropped my stuff off at the UPS store. I was not at the UPS store more than 5 minutes
