bought a new samsung phone and ended up locking myself out of it during the setup. so, i went back to get help. scrawny little ponytail guy walked up to me all cheery. i explained my issue and he proceeded to attempt to shut down my device.right before i got there, i've done that and ended up resetting the lockout timer.. so before he could make the same mistake i did, i snatched my phone from his hand and tried to explain that this is what i just did.cheery ponytail's mood immediately changed and he no longer wanted to help me. i repeatedly tried to explain that i wanted to tell him what i did before he does the same thing first. he wasn't having it. he didn't care. he just walked away telling me that if he couldn't work on it, i can have a good day.another person there finally managed to actually talk to me like a person. turns out, no one was able to help anyway and i had to wait for the lockout period anyway.no one seemed to be bothered by his behavior.

I went in to see about getting home internet, and Anthony helped me out tremendously! He made the whole experience easy, pleasant, and just overall very positive! He did an excellent job presenting my options without being pushy, he answered all my questions, and at the end of the day I really got a great deal!

Thank you to Izzy and the whole team for making the experience enjoyable. Just went in to see when I was good to upgrade and ended up with a IPhone 15 AND a Apple Watch. He’s very easy going and no pressure to do anything. Thank you sir.

I had problems with my iPhone 13 Pro going offline while using LTE,Wi-Fi and 5G. I walked into the store and I was immediately greeted and explained my situation. The gentleman helped me set up my eSIM, and I parted with the physical SIM card. Everything seems to be working well. This is a great location. The employees are courteous, patient and very helpful. I highly recommend this location for all of your needs.

I've had to enter this store a few times since the big Sprint merger. Their morning manager, Joe has cost my family hundreds of dollars in unnecessary fees that I've had to spend time with 611 to remove from my bills.Each time I've had to go into the store, I've dealt with Joe, and he NEVER wants to help. It's as if I inconvenience him by walking into the store.

The store manager Joe was super rude. Alyssa was super patient and sweet, the store was full and she signed everyone in while she was helping an elder man and I. There was 2 other coworkers of her helping 1 person each. While she was doing all this work, the phone started ringing obviously she had her hands full she couldn’t answer, well (Joe) comes out and started screaming at her in front of everyone saying she had to answer the phone she said I’m helping these 2 costumers why can’t they answer they only have 1 costumer? (Joe was doing NOTHING) he said they are actually helping someone like the other person and I were nobody and made her cry, add to all this that there was 4 more coworkers in the back including Joe not helping a single person when the store was full. After he did this to her then all her coworkers started coming out from the back. ¡¡¡This guy is rude and super disrespectful!!!! I give all the stars to Alyssa… This store needs a new manager ASAP!!

Justin the rep that assisted me was absolutely fantastic! Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Immediately upon walking in, he greeted me and asked how he could help. He made me feel less like a transaction and more like he truly cared and enjoyed assisting me. Throughout the entire process of getting a new phone we formed great conversation and I truly left the store feeling well taken care of. Justin, thank you for all your help and kindness. I thoroughly enjoyed coming into the store. You honestly made my Sunday. Thank you.

Store manager was extremely rude, told us we did not have the 360 screen protection coverage that we did have, showed that we had iphone 11's when we clearly had 12 pro max. We have been a long 12+ year customer of TMobile and can not stress how unprofessional he was, He suggested I was asking him to commit insurance fraud when all I asked him to do was fix the system issue and provide the coverage that the contract called for. I am writing to his manager now. I called Tmobile customer service and spoke to Demonica who assured us we were correct in how we read the contract and was going to fix the problem.

Customer service was 5 stars. Gabriel was very to the point and helpful. Also, the wait was 20min with this group of employees when I was expecting at least 30min.
