Nice store with friendly, helpful staff. I was greeted immediately. Jaylin identified and resolved the issue with my phone in just a couple of minutes. He is fast and knowledgeable! Thank you Thank you!!

Not a happy customer and disappointed, the rep name Jill-lan sales rep#499 misquoted and mis-informed me on the promotional trade in offer when I traded my phone in at this store. After calling and going into the store and after 2 bill cycles which they said the credit will be in affect, did not fully happened even the store manager Ernie was not able to help rectify the misguided and misquote of the promotional offer from the sales rep. Now I am stuck with paying for the cost of the phones difference without the right credit that the rep stated when I traded my phone. Manager could not rectify and left me feeling dissatisfied. They are friendly at the store but I need people to know that I am saddened and disappointed from the misquote and misinformation given to me. Don’t think i will come back to this store since they lost me with misinformation. Reps may need to be trained more and lead by the right manager.

Went in on 10/30 and Joe helped us with an account issue. Then as we asked about cell service and plans available and he spent over an hour talking with us. Came back the next day and transferred my service from Verizon to T Mobile, Joe and Izzy were so patient and amazing. Very impressed with the customer service we received and look forward to many years of service!!!

I was trying to switch to T-mobile from ATT but the lady there was so unhappy to help us. She talks very unpleasant way and have no interest in to talk to us. Thank God, we didn’t switch to here , better to stay in ATT cuz they at least respect their customers.T- mobile ?ATT ✅

Shitty service. They start helping you and then someone else. And when one of the associates didn't know what to do with transferring my services I had to wait till the other guy who initially helped me to finish helping the other customer to fix the problem

Visited this T-Mobile store location in Denton and our experience and level of service was great. They had adequate representatives in the store to accommodate us. They were able to assist my daughter with her replacement screen protector and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Really bad service. The Latina girl with the eyebrows was rude and it was almost like she didn’t want to help us. They told me to call Tmobile to get help reactivating my phone and then the phone operator said they were wrong…We just decided to go to the T-Mobile on University Dr.

I went in for information, as soon as the lady that was working with me figured out I was not buying it that moment she started playing on her phone and all but ignored me. I was not impressed.

No customer service skills what so ever. Rude attitude, rude face. Don't explain pros and cons to you. Don't believe them when they offer "free" items. Remember, nothing in this world is free.

Horrible customer service. Came in with my sister to get new lines. The guy who attended us knew nothing. He kept on restarting my phone and taking the sim card out or either putting it inside all the time. Apparently this was his only solution to activate the cards. I was told initially that it will be activated in 10 mins. Then he asked for 20 more minutes. We stood there from 2:30-4:30 pm. Literally for two hours and for nothing.I told them I’m late for work and none of them knew what to do. It was their closing time now maybe idk so he told us that take your phones home and they will be active within 2 hrs. Now it’s 2 am nightime and the sim cards never got activated or worked. Yes we paid, we waited, we stood for 2 hrs. For nothing!

Seriously, how hard is it to be honest to people? Just say, “we sell the apple products and their warranty, but we don’t service them here. You’ll need to go to Best Buy but they require an appointment. Let me show you how to make one.” It’s ridiculous how attentive these idiots are when selling a phone because their commissions depend on the sale but they can’t be bothered for a simple honest answer after that.

Terrible experience. I am trying to switch from AT&T and brought in my SIMS cards sent from TMobile and the lady was reluctant to help even asking why I brought them, they think should have done it on my own. I just got my Texas Driver's License renewed and have a legal temporary card with my picture on it that if I get stopped by even the police it is valid. The store refuses to take use it so won't help me. I waited around hoping I could get in touch with someone at TMobile and help me. They had four employees and got to sit listening to them talk about their lives, just standing around.
