This is my favorite shop to go to now. Have bought two items from them now and I love! All the employees here are great but especially Charlie! They take the time to answer questions and always have great recommendations :) and the pricing is better than anything you’ll find in north Dallas!

It's not right to sell someone defective merchandise and not have any policy in place to fix the situation. No attempt made whatsoever, we're just out money now. Certainly our last time here there are more reputable places to go that guarantee their products or have a replacement policy. It's not right to take someone's money and sell them something that doesn't work, people work too hard to get scammed like that

Employees are super helpful here. There is all kinds of stuff you may like. They even have t shirts!I needed to get away from cigarettes and the guy there showed me everything I needed within my budget and showed me how to use the new vape

Used to come here all the time until one of the workers refused to check me out because I sat my id on the counter and he didn’t want to pick it up.The heavy set worker who I believe wears glasses was to lazy to pick it up and was clearly irritated since I didn’t just hand it to him.He also charged me full price and refused to give me the sale price since the item was on sale as a result of this altercation.I’ve never had a problem here before and have nothing but good things to say about the other workers but one is all it takes I guess so I don’t recommend anyone shopping here until they have let go of that employee
