Stonemeyer reset an under mount sink of mine that had come loose. They got to me within a week of touching base, were right on time to my house, and their crew was professional and courteous. They added additional support without me asking to ensure it would not happen again. I highly recommend them.

Worked with the company to drill a small hole in my granite counter to accommodate a new reverse osmosis tap. To my surprise, they required 100% upfront to accept the job. I offered to pay half up-front, to which they refused. Trust goes both ways.

I can’t say enough good things about Klint and everyone at Stonemeyer! The process, from selection to installation was simple, thorough, and dare I say fun! With so many bad actors out there in home construction, it was so nice to work with professionals who care about the end product!

Stonemeyer Granite has done a beautiful job on all of our countertop projects! I’ve used them for four bathrooms so far, and plan to use them for the kitchen and laundry room; I highly recommend them. The salesman Matt was patient and took time to go through all the details of the project, and the installation team was efficient, clean, and highly skilled. Support this terrific local business!

Purchased from Stonemeyer for our outdoor patio. Didn’t give a lot of thought to the warranty since stone should last a lifetime. Within a year it became apparent that the joints between slabs didn’t bond during install. I called Stonemeyer and was told they were very busy but would come out when they were in the area and had time. Apparently I was too patient. When I called back, they informed me that the warranty on their workmanship is only a year and I was now outside of that. They want $450 “minimum” to fix their clearly botched install. Plenty of granite suppliers, buy from someone else that takes a little pride in their work.

I have used Stonemeyer twice - first my kitchen quartz countertop and sink install couple of years ago, I love them. Second all bathrooms w/quartz and sink install. They offer Great products, customer service and installers pay close attention to the details....

If I could give zero stars I would. Shady.Shady.Shady Spoke with Matt regarding a particular grantite slab I was searching for. I gave him the name and was told he'd located it an hour from my home at a warehouse. We spoke in depth about my budget and that if the slab would be more than I could afford I wasn't going to make the drive. He contacted the distributor about pricing and called me back stating my requested "drive out price" would be approximately $2500 - which by the way matched a quote provided 3 months earlier by the same company for the exact same product. I was elated and drove the hour each way to select the one of four slabs in stock. I returned home and called him advising I had made a selection and again asked to confirm the price. He contacted the distributor, called me back and confirmed my previous quote of $2500 and asked for my email to send the document. To my surprise I received a quote for nearly $4500 after not once but twice receiving a verbal $2500 in full cost estimate- which I also have recorded. His statement regarding the price increase were due to fabrication costs. I asked to speak to an owner or manager because I didn't quite understand how an estimate for the same exact item could jump $2000 in 3 months and also because he flat lied about pricing and added estimate costs for a tear out which was not needed or discussed. After 2 days no one from this company or their parent company will return my call. Poor customer service.

Honest review of Stonemeyer Granite Edit to address blatant lies in the owners response to this unwelcome but honest review: 1. Owner lies and says they replaced the slab 7 days after they installed and broke our original slab.. Here is the actual timeline: installed slab on July 27 and fought us all the way until August 29th when they finally replaced it (see time stamped pics). The claim that is was just a few days later is honestly comical and I have no idea how they can say that with any integrity. Yet another reason to not do business with this company. 2. They claim no structural integrity caused by the crack yet not willing to guarantee it at all. 3. They switch between referring to me as "Newton" and "Newman". Which is it? Not a good look. Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience with Stonemeyer and I absolutely cannot recommend this company. TL;DR If anything goes wrong, Stonemeyer will do everything they can to deny responsibility if they make a mistake. Also, they are not concerned with your project timeline as their mistakes added several weeks/months to our remodel, leaving us without a kitchen for even longer. Stonemeyer installed our granite countertops and kitchen island slab. When they installed the island slab, there was a very noticeable and defined crack that started on top, went down the side and underneath it. It was very obvious that it had been cracked when they installed it. I showed it to the installers and they tried to say it was just a "fissure" and not a real crack. I knew this wasn't true and I called the very next day to explain what happened. They "assured me" they would take care of it fully and I thought it would be a smooth process. That was not the case. Over the next several weeks, one of the sales guys "Eli" did everything possible to get out of it. He said it wasn't a big deal and could be repaired (although he wasn't willing to guarantee it wouldn't get worse). He said he would not replace it since it was only a "fissure" (not true). My contractor had to argue with him and confront him about the obvious crack and he finally caved and said they would replace it - this was over several weeks while our kitchen was under construction waiting on Stonemeyer. They then insisted that we pay the $1200 cutting and fabrication fee on the new slab. We said no and they reduced it to $600 (after some pushback) and we still had to fight with them about that. It was a mistake on their end, not ours. We were not obligated to pay anything. That's when things got worse. The salesman Eli treated my general contractor like dirt. Belittled him and was extremely unprofessional. He then insisted that my GC needed to come out of pocket to pay the $600 fee himself, which I felt was way out of line. That's when I got involved. When I spoke to someone at Stonemeyer they first told me that there was no crack upon installation and that it happened after the fact. That obviously wasn't true as I was present for every part of installation and then they continued to deny blame. After I pushed back more they finally gave in. The whole experience was completely unnecessary for a very clear mistake on their part. Other countertop professionals have told us that if they crack a slab, they own it and replace it if not repairable. I would highly recommend finding someone else to install your countertops and stone slabs. They did finally end up replacing it but not without unnecessary difficulty. Plus, instead of the slab we originally picked out and loved, we ended up with one that was great but not quite as appealing. Because of the experience we had, I wanted to reach out to the owner and let him know about what happened. I wish I could say it was better, but it wasn't. Although he was polite, he essentially blamed it all on my general contractor and dismissed him as inexperienced and responsible for the troubles. The owner also approved and even suggested to Eli how he should respond to my contractor. Just save y

I actually went to the granite distributor as recommended by SM. I picked out a stone to match my cabinet paint, backsplash and floors. The girl at the dist. said she would pull what I wanted from the back and put a hold on it. As she wrote up my order the manager was on top of her making sure she had done everything correctly as she was up set with him telling her what and how to do the sale. When my counter tops arrived they where not even close to the color I had purchased! I immediately called SM and emailed them pictures of the difference. The response was "Ma'am this is what you picked out". I was so distort at that time because I had taken time off work to get all this completed! They installed the wrong tops because I had no kitchen and could not take off work again nor could I afford tp buy more tops! I spoke to someone there at SM whom developed an attitude threating to put a lien on my home if I did not pay the remaining balance. I had asked them if they could at least work with me in order to repaint my cabinets. The cabinets cost more to repaint than my balance! I resent threats! The BBB will know of this mishap!

Cannot recommend this group for remodels. They require a 75% up front payment which is not market with no flexibility with the sales representatives. The whole time while they have the ability to lien your property if you do not pay. Take your business elsewhere.

The office staff here needs some training on being transparent and following through on customer service and questions. I booked my counters, paid my deposit, and was told two week install. However my representative told me “he will check with his manger about moving it up sooner, and call me back.”. I have to chase them. Their counter installer crew comes and makes their template. I’m waiting on a call to tell me when my counters are set to be installed. I had to call them a day or two later to find out when counters are installed. Then I called back today and some other guy answers the phone and gives me a condescending lecture about how they will only call me if they can move the installation of my counters up because they are booked solid. I only bothered calling for an update since I was told they will speak the the manager and get back with me.
