Although they were fine, I really wish they would have checked in with the owner of the car first before using a thicker oil viscosity for an oil change, especially since it’s still a new-ish car and was still hot weather when I got the change.

I can trust Strande's to do excellent work, to be conscientious, and to deliver at a good price. They are not looking to take advantage of their customers. In fact, I feel like they are looking out for me, and helping me keep my vehicles running strong as long as possible.

My Dads wrecked his 2006 Ford CargoVan.
They were so professional on knowing the model, and making over $5000 in structural bodywork and mechanical combo repairs.
Felt like new truck and brighted my Dad day who is 83 in brief tears they did so well.
Denton construction was big factor in wreck, but they did an amazing job.
We are from Oklahoma, but they are truly a great shop.

If I could rate my experience here higher, I would in a heartbeat. Strande’s Garage reached out to me on Facebook because another shop quoted me 190 for a job Strande’s did in like 15 mins. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and asked what they could help me with. Caleb took my rusted, poorly drilled screws out DURING HIS LUNCH BREAK and didn’t even charge me in the end. By far the BEST experience I’ve had at a car shop. Will be going back for EVERYTHING car related.

Came to strands garage to get my rusted screws taken out after the heads fell off and they worked on it during their lunch break after Tommy’s tried charging me 190 to get them taken out. Took all of 15-20 mins and the customer service was phenomenal. They reached out to me via Facebook and let me tell you, they gained a new life customer. Beautiful service and amazing people there. 10/10 recommend. Wish I could give them a higher rating

This experience was absolutely fantastic. Edessa was polite, professional, and fun! I will send everyone I know to Strandes Garage. The technician was knowledgeable, honest and confident.I’m from Lubbock and had no idea friendly honest people still existed, sad but true. Great job to the entire weekend staff!

My master cylinder went out in my 08 focus, and after taking it to 2 other shops that said my master brake cylinder and my brake booster were failing along with my clutch master cylinder, Strandes Garage checked it out and put a scope in to check it out and lo and behold there was nothing wrong with anything but my clutch MS. The other shop wanted to charge me nearly $2,600 for the repair and thanks to the due diligence of the people at Strande's, they saved me $2,200 and having to unnecessarily replace two parts on my car. (Even if I would've had to, there was nearly a $1,000 lower difference in the price compared to the other shop for replacing all 3 AND it got done within 48 hrs, and they cleaned up my engine compartment)
Yall are free to choose whoever to do whatever on your vehicle, but at the end of the day I was impressed. Integrity is a hard find in today's world, but not there.

Took my car in to have my break pads worked on for a great deal. I had fantastic service from Brandon Archer who was able to quickly and efficiently get the work quoted and started. While it was pretty out of the way for me, the quality of the work and pricing was worth it.

We found this place after our daughter moved to Denton to go to Unt. My husband and I live far out in East Texas. On several drives to go visit our daughter we have had car problems and when we would get to Denton, we would go to Strandes Garage.they have now helped us with three different vehicles. They went out of their way to make sure we could get in and out in a timely matter. They worked very hard at diagnosing and troubleshooting what was wrong with the vehicles. One time we had run over a piece of metal on the freeway while driving in the middle of the night and they found it rammed up underneath our car took it out… They didn’t even charge us we have also had major electrical problems with another car of ours a Honda Civic, they kept working until they figured out the problem. They are affordable, extremely trustworthy, and excellent customer service. They are family owned and operated and you can tell. The reason that their parking lot is so full is not because they are backed up or slow is because they take your business and they work long hours and they get the job done. So people come to them from all over. Our son will be moving to Fort Worth soon and we’ve already told him it’ll be worth him to make the 45 minute drive if he’s got any problems to go to a trustworthy place. On top of this they have a service where if you need a ride back to your house to leave your car there they will take you back home and pick you back up. This has been very useful for me. And doing that I’ve got to speak with some of the mechanics and learn how good they treat them. They have continuing education programs to build loyalty and long-term relationships with their mechanics that they can trust and train. Can’t say enough good things about This place. Hope you give them a try. Andrew was my advisor, but they are all awesome up there. Caleb is great too. Photos got their contact info if you need it!
