Went during Christmas and stopped for the night. Checked in around midnight, gentlemen at front desk was nice and was quick to help with a room. Room was overall clean, TV and WiFi are good for basic leisure.
Would recommend this spot compared to other locations around this part of the city.

Don't stay here
This place is a dump.
dirty, unkept and roaches. Owned and run by crooked people that will double charge your card, then claim to have no knowledge of it. They blame your bank. Funny how the bank never made this mistake anywhere else but here. Loud construction noises starting @ 7 AM and continues throughout the day. DO NOT STAY HERE! You'd be better off sleeping under the bridge or the parking lot

Would never stay here again. When I walked into the room it smelled wet/moldy. That night the ceiling started leaking. I called and asked for a new room. There weren’t any available. I asked for a bucket to catch the rain but they didn’t have anything we could use. We ended up using our trash can. We ended up leaving early because I woke up with a roach crawling on me.

It was near a freeway and busy road but not bad. The rooms were semi sound proof.
Nothing fancy but clean, and the staff was
Polite and cleaning service very sweet.
I got a room that I did not like at all and they moved me to a nice room with a view of the pool within 24 hours. I would stay here again if I got a similar room. Hotels are so pricey these days but this one was good for one of two lowest priced hotels.

There is an awful German Roach infestation- please be careful. They crawled out from the outlets, vents, drains, nightstands etc. There was obvious roach feces in the display of the microwave. Adults and babies- so full blown established colony.
The reviews for other hotels and motels around seemed even more sketchy than this Motel 6 so we were not inclined to attempt to switch. Instead we cut the trip short by a day. We moved the bed to the middle of the room away from the wall and put sticky tape down to prevent any from crawling up onto us or our things. If we had not had such a tight schedule working in Denton this passed weekend, we would have cancelled the hotel entirely and driven home.
The bed seemed very clean and no evidence of bed bugs. Inside the microwave and fridge were clean and the bathroom was clean until I smashed a lot of roaches on the floor, in the shower, and on the walls.
Currently all my things that came into this room are sealed in trashbags outside in the sun to kill any roaches that may have hitch hiked.
I did get an apology and a refund for the last night of the stay from the front desk and the front desk did seem genuinely concerned about the issue, so I hope they take this seriously and fumigate the entire property.
There should not be this many German Roaches crawling about in the light without concern unless there is a massive, massive problem in the entire building.

Stayed one night after reservations were made online through Expedia. Leaving the room 243 to check out at 6am, my son says to me “ there is mud in the walkway”. I turn the corner to see what he is talking about. I’m like, noooo… that’s Human Fisces ..AKA HUMAN POOP….At least , that person was kind enough to give us room to walk by.

Rooms were clean enough, but the kitchen area had no utensils or anything. There was no laundry bag provided for my dirty clothes during my four night stay. Also, housekeeping only came one time after the first night during my stay to clean.

My family came to visit and rented a room here. The inside of the hotel looks decent but the rooms have roaches. Would recommend other places to stay. There was also people having domestic disputes.

Kinda Rough! I got there around 4:30pm. Check in was at 3. My room wasn’t ready yet. It needed to be cleaned. Finally was able to check in at 5:30. I was so tired and disappointed with the room. It smelled bad and was outdated. Floors needed repairs. Curtains were hideous too. It was located behind a gas station and another building; like this building could’ve been a strip club.

I booked online ahead of time because I had to go there for court at 8am and brought my cat because he has separation issues. Anyways when I got there the room was clean I didn't see any bugs. The room has a fridge stove sink and microwave. Although it doesn't come with any cups plates utensils or anything you would more than likely need in order to use those. There was some guy screaming outside in the parking lot for about two hours (I assume on drugs or homeless) the bed was not at all comfortable the pillows were hard as a rock. The floor was very uneven all throughout the room. The next morning I left for court and around 10 I called the front desk telling them I am still at court and wanted to see if the 11 check out could be extended if need be. He told me he would extend it to 1130 and then all my things will be removed. I told him I had a cat and he told me that wasn't his problem. I can look past all the other things like the place being run down and the drug addicts telling in the parking lot. But damn I just felt like him saying that was insanely rude and uncalled for. He could have simply said he was only able to extend check out until 1130 and then ended it. I made it back by 11 and was out of there. You are better off spending $10 or so more and going somewhere else.

So when you first pull up it does look pretty rough. The room itself was not too bad however room service never came the entire 4 day stay. Because room service never came we did encounter the roaches two days in. Also we had a couple next door to us fighting all day and night. Screaming bloody murder. We tried to call the desk about it but they did nothing. Won’t be returning.
