Hi, I have been coming here a year & this is the worst customer service i have experienced in a small business & I don't think it really has much to do with the individual employees. I get the same brand, same flavor every week. every time there is a problem. Card reader barely works, employees clearly haven't been trained how to troubleshoot. Its sometimes closed, when store hours say otherwise..? has happened several times. Every time I ask for prices for anything the employees seem annoyed, & I assume that its b/c the prices aren't listed on the item itself. Last time I went, I bought a disposable vape that was completely burnt, I told the employee they didn't even seem to know what burnt meant (I tried it in the store)? and they said they couldn't exchange even though the vape was practically un-usable and didn't even hit 10 minutes later when I tried it again. Also the employee was having a phone call on speakerphone the entire time i was in the shop, seemed bothered just to ring me up even though I was the only person there...Anyways I'm not wasting my money here again & feeling like I am making someone's day worse when I just want to buy something very basic. Its v clear that the management isn't setting expectations or training people properly..

The staff member was very friendly and helpful however, I pay $20 less for the same product about a mile down the road at Bully's. The owner really needs to lower the prices here and the employee even agreed enthusiastically. Also, if you have me open the $54 product in the store and it isn't working, immediately swap out for a new one. It looks really bad when your employee reaches for a random wire and starts poking at the product that was just paid for. Poor customer care at this vape shape, other than the friendly employee.
