On July 22, 2025, my brand-new vehicle was damaged at this car wash due to staff negligence. An attendant allowed a truck carrying barbed wire to enter the wash bay ahead of me. The wire was pulled into the system and caused $2,300 in damage to my vehicle.
The Assistant Manager confirmed the cause the same day after reviewing video footage of the incident. Attendants are responsible for ensuring vehicles entering the wash do not have hazardous items, and that responsibility was clearly not met.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company, they have refused to take responsibility or honor a legitimate claim.
How a company responds when it is clearly at fault speaks volumes. This experience reflects very poorly on their customer service and accountability.
Be warned.

Great, reliable car wash! Love the vacuum stations and my car looks great every time I go. Their box that holds dash wipes and air fresheners got taken out by someone, so Parker walked them over to all the cars parked in the vacuum areas. 10/10 recommend

Bought a brand new truck. I drove it by their car. Wash it asked employee if it was safe to run it through the wash. They lied about the cameras. My truck was scratched a whole roof I highly do not recommend this car. Wash if you want to get your vehicle scratched, especially if you have a taller vehicles
