We came into T-Mobile 1 and a half hours before close. Once walking in we got helped immediately by Nicholaus. He was very informative, gave all options available and even when I was being a little difficult he didn’t skip a beat. His customer service was phenomenal and got us out the door with a great deal! We were having issues pulling my number over from Verizon and he never gave up, ended up getting everything solved. Took a little over an hour but he was very entertaining, funny, and knew how to get the customer what they wanted! Thank you and I hope you enjoyed your Taco Bell that night, we did! We love our phones and the service that came with it!

Waiting two hours when there was only two customers being worked with is very frustrating. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes, MAYBE an hour. Two hours later and it didn't seem any closer to start working with us. Very disappointed since the workers took our number and texted us that we can come in for new phones. Only to wait 2 hours and leave to the next closest store which said the wait will be 20 minutes. Find a different store if you don't want to be stuck 2+ hours. If this long wait was because of technology issues we wish someone would have told us!

Don't ever go to this phone mart. The service is poor, and managers don't take any responsibility for the mistakes they make to customers phones. The manager on-duty by the name of Zack just ripped the screen protector off my phone right in front of my face, then refused to take any accountability for breaking the screen as it started flicking right in front of BOTH OF US afterwards. This is some of the most dishonest service I've ever witnessed in my life. Avoid T-Mobile like the black plague.

Kaitlyn helped set up Scam Shield on my phone just a few days ago and it has already blocked 59 unwanted calls!! Very friendly staff, will come here again.

The service is bad. I waited for more than an hour for nothing. To think its not even full pack. Don't know how to deal with customers. Offering me to come back knowing that ill wait again? Nah!I was asked by the customer support to visit a store to have my phone activated. I did not go there for the staff to call customer support, If I knew that she will just call, I should have called customer support myself- not to wait in line. Also when i was waiting (which I don't mind at that time), she never entertained anybody. She is busy with her phone texting and going at the back of the store. When its time for me to be helped, she can help with another customer????? I feel offended.

I was sold a flip phone by Alex. When he sold me the phone he told me to call customer service and they’ll credit me the 35 dollars. Got off the phone with CS they told me that should have been done at the store not with them. Called the store spoke with him and he told me it was something that you should have called them upset about the fee and they would have waved it. I asked him is there anything we can do about the fee he told me. “Honestly it will come out of my check so” I hope his higher up see this and sees how he treats customers.

Super cool staff. Went in on 9/6/23 to swap a phone and upgrade another line on my account. Had the pleasure of working with a new Tmobile employee, who was quick to ask her manager questions when she wasn’t sure… the manager was super busy, but kept his cool and was eager to help his new employee. Had some issues with the phones switching over, but they got us taken care of and the service was amazing. Customer service can be tough, but this store kept it cool even when they were super busy. I’d give 6 stars if I could :)

The manager is a liar and a con artist. He will add products to your account without permission. Then when you try to get it removed he gives you absolute and total hell. Go to a different store. I recommend the one in Highland Village where they tell the truth instead of trying to scam people.

The manager is a liar and will add things to your account without permission or without telling you he has done so. Go to the Highland village store instead where they do basic things like tell the truth.

My husband and I recently visited this store and our service was amazing. We had the pleasure of speaking with Megan as we were opening new lines and buying devices. She explained to us new line promotions and deals and she answered all of the questions we had. We felt completely taken care of and our switch was easy. Megan and her manager were both very kind to us, these guys will take care of you!

Teni was awesome. Friendly, knew her stuff and was calm and patient.She was the only one there and she did a damn good job multitasking and helping me and another customer. Even grabbed another pad to help me on while she was holding for customer support on another line for the other customer. Love how she was looking for ways to use all available time. I'd steal her from t mobile in a heart beat. She represents the company well.The only thing that would have improved my experience was no fault of hers. But that is if she had help in the store. I would have like to see her set up for success and more supported by t mobile corporation and provided more help on a busy Saturday.She did a great job and should get all the praises. It just took longer to get done what I needed because she had to help two people at the same time. A third walked in but when she realized there was only 1 employee working with 2 people ahead of her, she left.

Recently transferred my cell phone and my mother's cell phone accounts from AT&T to T-mobile. We went into the store at Teasley Lane in Denton. The staff was wonderful! They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the plans we were interested in and helped us choose the best one. We were able to transfer my phone the same day. My mom's phone needed some extra steps which they explained in detail and were able to assist my mom in transferring her phone over within 48 hours. Highly recommend!

This location and staff exceeded my expectations. I was greeted politely and was provided with exceptional service. A very knowledgeable operation. I was educated and brought up to speed with new plans and technology availableto me. This was my best experience with phone service. I would highly recommend this location. Side note: Kelly gives a proper handshake, which speaks volumes. ??

This is not a TMobile corporate store and the customer service/ product knowledge suffers because they are not held to the same standard. The manager Kelly was all too ready to claim innocence with an issue that a past employee caused with a billing issue which basically added over $100 to my monthly bill. No actual customer service and you could tell she had no interest in trying to help at all. Before you work with these fake TMobile stores, ask the question "are you a corporate location?" If no, then find a corporate store. I highly recommend NOT coming to this location. Very disappointed with the management here, as they lack the basic customer problem solving skills needed for the position they hold.
