Parking lot needs enforcement. Truckers need to do better when parking here. They make up their own spots and block exit ways. Potholes that will swallow your tires whole with how deep they are. Unbelievable

The food court is exceptional. Best bacon around. The food is fresh, home cooked and service is excellent. Christina and KK Conseula are 5 star cooks. Best place to eat. Showers are clean, high pressure, and hot. Great place to do reset.

$28.50 a night to park , the lot has holes that will swallow your truck . Definitely dont see why it costs so much to park .

Today at this TA location, a cleaning staff member opened the restroom door on me while I was using it. There was no knock or verbal notice before entering. When I questioned why she would enter an occupied restroom, her response was simply, “because I’m cleaning.” This is a serious lack of respect for customer privacy and basic professionalism. I expect better policies and procedures from TA and hope management addresses this immediately

Stopped at this truck stop one Wednesday morning. It was 630 in the morning and there was no food ready and only one person checking out customers. The kitchen workers had just started and the line was all the way pass the coffee machines. Do better TA

Their food is great. But the showers are the worst I've seen in the six years being on the road. Black mold and pink scum. Where I'm from the motels don't even look like that. I will not being going back..

Absolute garbage ,no spots marked reserved ,signs are moveable i was in back and got woke up dead middle sleep told i was in pay spot that signs where up but maybe people moved them and couldnt move anywhere lot full had to pay 26 dollars for 4 more hours bcus my 10 hr was up and they couldnt let me stay without paying .left at 9 pm paid at 5pm complete ripoff .i wonder how many hot sandwiches equals 26 dollars.all of dallas and surounding areas are junk .the people and atmosphere .

They do not want to resolve the issue with me! Nobody is answering on this matter. The issue on my truck was misdiagnosed at this TA. Their own work order says there was an air leak in the tractor brake system, which is exactly what causes a pneumatic fan clutch to stay engaged. Instead of checking the air lines, they replaced my fan clutch and charged me $2,466 for a repair that didn’t fix anything.
Another shop later replaced a blocked air valve, and the problem was completely solved — proving the fan clutch was never the issue. I paid for a repair I didn’t need due to poor diagnostics.

Mt tires were going flat & I had had at this TA travel shop & there was no working air pump. So this young man that works on the big trucks offered to put air in my tire H even checked all of them because they looked really low. This young man went above and beyond to help this elderly lady to get back on the road. If this company should appreciate this wonderful young man (machanic) that they have. Priest Brown you are a gem. Thank you so much for your wonderful help & beautiful personality. Thank you again from thr bottom of my hear.t
