I dropped my phone and broke the screen and came by during lunch to ask about a repair quote. Hong assisted me, and ordered the parts I needed that day. The parts arrived and my phone was repaired by the next day. Super quick service, accurate quote for repair cost, and excellent quality. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience! I was quoted $180 for a repair, paid $90 upfront, but when my screen broke and I decided to buy a new laptop, I asked them to cancel the part order and refund half. They refused to refund or even give me the part I paid for. This feels like outright theft. Avoid this shop at all costs!
Updated response to your comment :: It's disappointing to see such an unprofessional response. Instead of addressing the issue with customer service and understanding, you're resorting to personal attacks. The part was ordered before I realized the total repair cost exceeded the value of the laptop, and I asked for a reasonable resolution, either receiving the part or a partial refund, which was refused. Your refund policy might be displayed, but it's good business practice to work with customers in special circumstances. Threatening reviews isn't my goal—holding businesses accountable is. I hope this feedback helps you improve your customer service.

Tech Savvy quickly got my son in for a repair appointment after our attempts to get proper service at two other local repair shops failed.They performed the work quickly for a great price and the phone has worked flawlessly since.I highly recommend them.

Honestly this is a whole scam,I turn in my Xbox because it wouldn’t turn on and it seemed off that they have to charge $65 just to open it and check what’s wrong like man when I was 15 I opened by myself and I can tell what was wrong and it took me 20 mins and they took 4 days for it I wouldn’t spend my money with them especially since they gonna have to charge me 149 for a power thingy they told me that’s like 214 dollars right there might as well just buy another Xbox with that money.never spend ur money here
