My husband bought a car from Best Deals Auto, who hired this shop to mount and balance a new set of tires. They were not balanced properly and at 60 mph, the steering wheel was shaking. He took the car back to this shop with the seller. They charged $25 per tire to re-balance the tires, which was what they had already been paid to do. They quadruple stacked the tire weights instead of spinning the tire 180 degrees. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

This place is a joke!! Took my car in for a tire and was told I needed an alignment and had three bad tires I was charged 265 PER TIRE!! Less than 6 months later BOTH MY BRAND NEE TIRES were ate up on the inside walls.. Took it to another tire shop close to where I got a 2 flats and was told the reason for that was bc THE ALIGNMENT WAS NEVER DONE! The girl at the front desk isn’t any help either I went to ask about warranty info she acted as if I was bothering her and very dismissive

They did a great job at a fair price. Discount Tire is no longer a discount. Texas Tire doesn't push the worthless warranty on you like Discount does so I got two new tires for a much better price than discount tire. No appointment needed. In and out under an hour after showing up. That's unheard of at Discount

Nothing but trouble service was super slow nothing was done on time and didn’t receive half the parts I paid for and the alignment I received at the end of the process was so bad I had to go to a reputable shop to pay for a new alignment and when I call them I get nothing but attitude it’s been months and my truck still is not complete and this is the third time I’ve had to take it back to them because they couldn’t provide the original shocks that I wanted even thought when we made the build plane they were fully available and ordered and now it’s been sitting in a shop for 24 hrs just for the 2 rear shocks to be put on my nephew could’ve done 4 bolt with his play set spent definitely never going back and will make sure friends and family use a better shop next time
