I used to be intimidated when I thought about CrossFit, but there's nothing to be afraid of! After my first class I left smiling and ready to tackle more. The Shed has helped me get stronger and more confident. Everyone is so nice and encouraging, and the coaches will break down anything you don't understand. You don't have to be at a certain fitness level; everything can be scaled to meet you where you are. We all work hard together and it really pays off! Just try one class!

I have been a member of Shed for about 3 months. In this time, I have experienced nothing but excellent coaching, a supportive community, and a challenging yet fun workout environment. The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and truly care about each member's progress.The community is tight-knit and welcoming, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages members to push themselves to their limits. From the cheering during tough workouts to the friendly conversations during cool-downs, everyone is genuinely invested in each other's success.I highly recommend Shed to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and supportive workout community.

We moved to Texas in July of 2021. Neither myself or my husband had ever done CrossFit. We were both hesitant to join a "team" of individuals we thought we couldn't potentially keep up with. However, this truly is a "team" here at The Shed. There is not one day I have ever felt less then, even with all the experience and athleticism you see in this gym, you always feel equal. Equal is key. Team is key. Love this gym, love the owners. Pure quality.

I can't say enough about this gym & the owners April and Matt. They truly are the epitome of what a passionate coach and business owner look like. I've been going to the Shed for about 4 months now and I am so glad I found them! The culture is upbeat, welcoming, and always encouraging. Everyone there is like family and I love the support that all the members show towards each other. I've gotten so much strength back since having my baby. I feel like part of the family. Thank you April and Matt for being so awesome and creating such a cool environment.

Love coming to this gym. They push me yet have patience with me. I'm not athletic but I definitely feel like I am when I'm here. I have definitely grown as an "athlete". Like they say consistency is key. Get yourself a good gym, with good folks and you just might surprise yourself.
