Paid $23 dollars for a car wash I was able to clean better when “drying” it off. Drying is in quotation marks because the water free rinse was broken. So I had a mostly dry dirty car with soap thrown on. Better off going somewhere else.

I haven’t been to this car wash for a long time but the person Ty that greeted me today convinced me to try it again and join with the business program. He explained if didn’t meet my expectations I could cancel. I was pleasantly surprised. Those thankful this place has improved the location is a God send.Cleaner, towels to dry off, strong vacuums and the cleaning equipment cleaned my car good. I recommend for sure.

I went to this location for the first time. Carlota really made my experience wonderful. She explained the different options and services you offered. First time actually someone did that. Definitely will be back. Will let my friends know about this location!!

0/5 Do not recommend. Pictures speak for themselves. Reached out twice via email with no response. To the owner, no I will not submit another email. If you wish to get in contact with me, there are 2 tickets that I've already submitted.

Gate 2 doesn't seem to be working. Sat and waited while 6 other cars were let through before I got out to get an attendant. As soon as they saw me they shouted for me to get back in the car, that they were busy, and that the gate would open up when there was space while there no cars past the gate. Finally they understood the issue and manually let me through. The wash was decent but it seems like only half the vacuum have suction. Overall a very poor experience, you should go elsewhere if you can.

Unfortunately, I'm changing this to a 2-star review. My tire stem was damaged in the car wash. It's been a week, and the manager has not contacted me.

I have been coming to this car wash for many years and I decided to get the monthly membership about a year ago. Today, I had to cancel my membership, but not due to the service. It was for personal reasons that no one would be able to convince me otherwise.I tell you the truth, that guy Ty is amazing! For years, I have always seen him provide service with joy. I just learned his names today.However, when I was about to cancel, he already knew my name. I was like whoa! From setting me up a year ago, seeing my name once.Ty really cars for his customer he is the reason I enjoy coming back to this location.Thanks Ty. I will reactive when I am able.

Took about a week to be reimbursed and several visits and phone calls to upper management to reimbursed $40 .I purchased one wash/car at $39.99 and additional car for $20…after 30 days they deducted $80 from my bank acct. I stopped by and the Asst.Mgr to take it up with Josh because she didn’t know how.She gave me his #,I texted him and he said he was on PT and that his staff could handle it. I mentioned that she said she didn’t know how.No response.Couple days later i stopped by and requested a higher positioned agent.it took another few days and since then those same employees are rude and unprofessional to me …..poor customer service

Ty has gone above and beyond any expectations I have ever experienced in any customer service situation. The man is the embodiment of integrity and excellence whatever you are paying him it is not enough. His kindness and joyful energy is the reason why I keep coming back here. Not too many people have the ability to do things for others without losing their joy. Everything Ty does will succeed if anyone doesn't value his worth it will be at their expense should he decide to pursue what he is undoubtedly worth.

Ty and Angela were incredibly helpful and super sweet! It was my first time going to this car wash and they walked me through what I needed to do. They made everything so easy and I will definitely be going back. Customer Service like this is hard to find!

No issues with the service per-se. Not bad but not great either. My issue is that if you have a fast-pass it is almost impossible to get it cancelled. Customer Service doesn't answer calls because "customer representatives are attending other clients." Good luck getting a call back. And no one ever attended the form you fill on their website. Companies that make it hard to unsubscribe are dubious. I have to resort to blocking my credit card and getting a new one. You're warned.

I don't think that they wash the cars. I just wanted to try it and I bought a one month tag. The first time I tried I saw the basic dirt was not cleaned, you go in and out in a short time, brushes and the guy seems to be touching but not. No foam, no drying(there seems to be a machine but not washing or drying). I will cancel the membership, don't waste your time and money.

2nd update: Zero response from this company to multiple emails and phone calls. And who has a message on their phone that their phone system is undergoing maintenance so you can only contact through website. I know the kind of company that does. They charged me again for another month. I have contacted the credit card and filed another fraudulent charge. I also canceled my credit card to stop this. I've owned my own businesses my entire adult life. I cannot imagine operating a business in this fashion. I highly recommend you run as fast and far away from this company as you can.Update: Called and emailed per the reply to my review. Still zero contact from Take 5 and it's been over a week.Went through this car wash while visiting from out of state. They somehow are charging me a monthly fee for membership which I did not sign up for. I called to discuss and would hold for 6 to 8 minutes then someone answered and immediately hung up. I then sent a message through their website for support. I received a confirmation my support request was received. I never was contacted. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company.
