Make sure you left the apartment with remaining balance .otherwise you will keep contacting them to get your deposit refund. No one will contact you or update you about your deposit refund.

RENTERS BEWARE!The experience living at the apartments was decent enough, staff was nice, pool was nice. I decided to end my lease 5 months early and paid $2562 to end the lease while also paying the next two months (60 day notice) unfortunate but it is what it is.Left happy and would have happily left a 5 star review...Then 3 months after I left they decided that they didn't get enough from me. Sent me a email saying that I owe an additional $299.80.Even on the invoice of what that $299.80 is it says final internet charged $70.16 on November 8th but then charges a $60 internet fee on November 21st. They charged $117.95 for carpet cleaning (the carpets got professionally cleaned before i moved out) I believe they were renovating the apartments and upgraded the carpet after I left anyways.I would be very very cautious renting a apartment here. If you do just know if you pay your rent on time they will target you and threaten you for any money they can think of.If you try to settle any amount of money owed Lynn Rose will just ignore your emails and send a collection company to threaten you.RENTERS BEWARE!

It’s okay. I’ve lived here for three months now and I haven’t had any major issues.NEGATIVES:I will say in the time that I have lived here, I’ve had issues with bugs. There are ants everywhere, and they are super invasive. We also keep getting all of these random beetles in the apartment. Not sure where they’re coming from or how they’re getting in. When my fiancé and I first signed our lease, the office staff was highly responsive and would always answer emails and phone calls. However, as soon as we moved in this stopped. Every time I call now it goes straight to voicemail, even after calling multiple times. And they do not respond to their voicemails or call you back. They also have not responded to any emails I have sent since moving in regarding parking or other miscellaneous things. They take weeks to even acknowledge any maintenance request that you put in, I’ve had broken things in my bathroom forever, and when my laundry room door fell off, it took them weeks to acknowledge it and fix it. My dryer completely broke with wet clothes in it, and they told me that it wasn’t an emergency so nobody could come out to fix it for at least three days since it was over the weekend, and I had to pay to have an outside company come fix it. The lack of response does get a little bit annoying. But the staff are nice and helpful when they actually respond.POSITIVES:This is a very quiet apartment complex. All of my neighbors are kind people and keep to themselves. This is great for students or people who work and need to prioritize sleep. So far I’ve had no issues with AC or electric or water, which is always a good thing. The gym is amazing and so is the pool, both are kept up very nice and are usable at all times. This is the first apartment complex where I feel like my amenity fees are actually being put to use. I also feel like my personal unit is a decent size and isn’t ridiculously overpriced. I like that it comes with a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer. The only times I have ever had issues with my internet here has been when there are major storms, which is understandable. I also really love how pet friendly it is. I have a very active dog, and there are so many walkable paths and grass patches, as well as a dog park down the hill.So I would say this is a decent apartment complex for what you pay. As of right now I would recommend signing a lease here because none of the issues that I have faced are that big of a deal. I hope this does not change in the future.

I visited a person, in this Giant complex. It was well manicured & looked like a lovely enormous complex, golf course and all! The kitchen was completely open to the dining and living areas. If, I was looking at apartments, I would definitely check this complex out!

honest review after living here since October• the ladies at the leasing office are extremely kind and helped me when I got locked out of my apartment, among other issues. They may not always know the solution to an issue right away but will work with you to find it, and they are kind which is huge to me.• close but not too close to UNT, far enough away that it’s quiet close enough that traffic isn’t bad (usually 15 min drive for me)• the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice, I had a few issues but they are easy to fix• no issues with bugs which is huge as I’ve dealt with that at other places and it’s a major pain and I do live on the first floorcons:• price is going up and is kind of a lot for the space (our living room and kitchen are a bit small) but almost all complexes near Denton are expensive• thin walls I can hear everything• internet is finicky especially a night so much so two Verizon workers came and tried to convince me to buy their internetOverall, it’s a good apartment. Yes, there are a few things that can be annoying. But it’s safe, mostly quiet, and clean. And my neighbors are nice or keep to themselves. So to me it is worth it. 4/5 stars.

After reaching out to maintenance with issues, it took 5 days to get a letter on my door saying they couldn't access the unit (the unit was not deadbolted and they have a key to get in). I emailed the property manager and have not heard back yet. Not to mention they rave about how awesome maintenance is and it all changes once a request is put in. Other reviews also say they have roaches in their unit and I am currently fighting them in my kitchen right now. They make you pay for pest control and it seems like they don't even get the buildings sprayed for anything. I went to target and got my own pest spray for interior use because it is taking them so long to get back to me.Also it was advertised to me they accept packages and months later they stopped accepting them. Anything through USPS goes straight to the post office and you get a fun game of where to find it. The post office representative stated "they have to replace the parcel lockers to get us to deliver packages out there again because of theft".Overall, the complex looks nice until you come home to your beat up front door, poor paint job, terrible cabinets, and pests in the unit. Sometimes you can't even get packages, but that is okay because it is all covered up by a golf course you don't even use most of the year.(the model unit is too good to be true, you must walk the unit you are getting to sign a lease here).I would like the office staff to contact me personally via email to address my concerns.UPDATE: I will be adding any photos of roaches in my unit to this review.

DO NOT LIVE HERE they have ROACHES and never come to fix anything we have been here for 6MONTHS !!!! This place is not worth it, AARON AND Q everyone else including DENISE WHO DESPITE SAYING SHELL GET IT TAKEN CARE OF, DOES NOTHING TO FIX ANYTHING!!Our air conditioning was out for about 2 months, out bath tub sink handle was broken and the water pressure is AWFUL! & NO ONE wanted to come fix it.? make that make sense when your paying more for your lease then when you stated living here. We have holes in the wall in about every room, the windows don’t close all the way and get water EVERYWHERE when it rains. When we moved in there was MOLD in the freezer The OVEN was not CLEANED out it was very disgusting. The trees are tearing up the window screens I better not be blamed for that when I move out. My LIGHT BULB was out above my sink I put in a request for it to get fixed in September and it didn’t get fixed till the last week of October, FOR A LIGHTBULB?!?!?! When I walk outside there are GIANT ROACHES EVERYWHERE. When we put in a service request they mark it as completed when they NEVER EVEN CAME TO MY UNIT… we have Given them enough chances to fix things, now I do NOT have any more patience with this place. If we are paying all these amenities why can’t they just do their jobs correctly. Like I said DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER BY EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WORKS HERE.

My wife and I dropped in without an appointment to view the property. Q appeared to be the only staff member in the office that day and she was pretty busy. She did a great job explaining what our options were and showing us around the community. I don’t believe I’ve ever met a staff member at an apartment complex with a better attitude. We knew right away that the Timberlinks was going to be for us. We move to our new apartment in November. Thanks Q!

Aaron has been very helpful in addressing my concerns. He is very busy managing 2 properties but still makes time for his residents. He goes the extra mile and makes sure work orders are completed in a timely manner

My mother and I came in for a tour around 5pm, and we absolutely enjoyed the experience of this tour. Q did a fantastic job at explaining our options and gave us a great tour of the property and amenities. She even stayed about 30 minutes after the office closed to work with us, and we just knew this was the place for us! I move into my apartment in November and couldn't be more excited! Dailee was also extremely helpful with the application process! Thanks Timberlinks! I can't wait to call you home!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by one of your leasing agents, Quashunda. I regret to say my experience with her was far from satisfactory and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Throughout our interaction, I found Quashunda's conduct to be highly unprofessional. She took personal phone calls during our meeting, which was not only distracting but also detracted from the level of service I expected.Furthermore, during our apartment tour, she abruptly left to attend to personal matters at her own residence, which happens to be within the apartment complex. This unexpected interruption left me waiting and disrupted the flow of the tour. When I tried to address these issues with her, her response was less than satisfactory. She seemed reluctant to acknowledge or address her unprofessional behavior, which only added to my frustration. In my honest opinion, this level of service is not acceptable for a leasing agent. I believe it is important for your team to maintain a professional demeanor at all times to ensure prospective tenants have a positive experience.

A very well maintained looking complex. Staff was very cordial. Aaron Hicks was very informative on the phone. In person he was polite. I enjoyed my tour immensely. I believe I will enjoy living at Timberlinks at Denton. I moved in on July 21, 2023.So far I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at Timberlinks. The residents are friendly and helpful. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless and smelt freshly cleaned. Parking is adequate. The grounds are well maintained. I think I found a home.
