DO NOT LIVE HERE they have ROACHES and never come to fix anything we have been here for 6MONTHS !!!! This place is not worth it, AARON AND Q everyone else including DENISE WHO DESPITE SAYING SHELL GET IT TAKEN CARE OF, DOES NOTHING TO FIX ANYTHING!!Our air conditioning was out for about 2 months, out bath tub sink handle was broken and the water pressure is AWFUL! & NO ONE wanted to come fix it.? make that make sense when your paying more for your lease then when you stated living here. We have holes in the wall in about every room, the windows don’t close all the way and get water EVERYWHERE when it rains. When we moved in there was MOLD in the freezer The OVEN was not CLEANED out it was very disgusting. The trees are tearing up the window screens I better not be blamed for that when I move out. My LIGHT BULB was out above my sink I put in a request for it to get fixed in September and it didn’t get fixed till the last week of October, FOR A LIGHTBULB?!?!?! When I walk outside there are GIANT ROACHES EVERYWHERE. When we put in a service request they mark it as completed when they NEVER EVEN CAME TO MY UNIT… we have Given them enough chances to fix things, now I do NOT have any more patience with this place. If we are paying all these amenities why can’t they just do their jobs correctly. Like I said DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER BY EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WORKS HERE.

Stopped by to tour an apartment and the property manager assisted us. She was super helpful and was super nice. The apartments looked super nice too. Highly recommend the property.

My wife and I dropped in without an appointment to view the property. Q appeared to be the only staff member in the office that day and she was pretty busy. She did a great job explaining what our options were and showing us around the community. I don’t believe I’ve ever met a staff member at an apartment complex with a better attitude. We knew right away that the Timberlinks was going to be for us. We move to our new apartment in November. Thanks Q!

Aaron has been very helpful in addressing my concerns. He is very busy managing 2 properties but still makes time for his residents. He goes the extra mile and makes sure work orders are completed in a timely manner

My mother and I came in for a tour around 5pm, and we absolutely enjoyed the experience of this tour. Q did a fantastic job at explaining our options and gave us a great tour of the property and amenities. She even stayed about 30 minutes after the office closed to work with us, and we just knew this was the place for us! I move into my apartment in November and couldn't be more excited! Dailee was also extremely helpful with the application process! Thanks Timberlinks! I can't wait to call you home!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by one of your leasing agents, Quashunda. I regret to say my experience with her was far from satisfactory and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Throughout our interaction, I found Quashunda's conduct to be highly unprofessional. She took personal phone calls during our meeting, which was not only distracting but also detracted from the level of service I expected.Furthermore, during our apartment tour, she abruptly left to attend to personal matters at her own residence, which happens to be within the apartment complex. This unexpected interruption left me waiting and disrupted the flow of the tour. When I tried to address these issues with her, her response was less than satisfactory. She seemed reluctant to acknowledge or address her unprofessional behavior, which only added to my frustration. In my honest opinion, this level of service is not acceptable for a leasing agent. I believe it is important for your team to maintain a professional demeanor at all times to ensure prospective tenants have a positive experience.

A very well maintained looking complex. Staff was very cordial. Aaron Hicks was very informative on the phone. In person he was polite. I enjoyed my tour immensely. I believe I will enjoy living at Timberlinks at Denton. I moved in on July 21, 2023.So far I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at Timberlinks. The residents are friendly and helpful. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless and smelt freshly cleaned. Parking is adequate. The grounds are well maintained. I think I found a home.

We have been here close to 3 years and trust me it's only because of the golf course. The property is not taken care of at all, obviously no pride is taken here. You will pay for amenities yet people that don't even live here will use the pool. You will pay for covered parking but people who don't pay will take ownership of paid spots. The front office would fall apart without Michelle and Aaron in my opinion. The new leasing agent Dailey has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She does not even acknowledge anyone that walks in the front office. You need to be friendly if you work in that position. I would never recommend this complex to friends or family and I am honestly looking forward to the day my husband gets tired of golf !!!

My A/C went out and it is 110 degrees out. When I called they weren't sure if the part would come in time. I have cats and was so worried they would get overheated and hurt due to the heat. In a panic I went home to see if I would need to take my cats to work.On my way I got a call that they got the part, but wasn't sure how soon they would get to it due to other A/C issues. By the time I got home it seemed like they had already fixed it. Temperature was going down. They had to have prioritized it based on my predicament. It showed they cared. Then, they double checked to make sure I knew it was done and had some peace of mind.Thank you Timberlinks team hopefully no more issues!!!

I just moved in a month ago, but I had to submit many maintenance requests because the inspection before move-in was terribly done. Most of them should have been found and fixed before I moved in. It took almost a month to solve all problems, and it was a very uncomfortable time for me. In addition, I experienced water coming through from outside after heavy rain, which ruined my carpet.There are good staffs.But, Some staffs have an unprofessional attitude, repeating mistakes and no response. These experiences brought me bad impressions.Safe complex with a great location and amenity facilities.But I am very disappointed with their service.I hope it shall be improved.

Pros- Great leasing office- beautiful views- cozy apartments- very nice gym and pool- maintenance team is kind and fastCons- the deposit is large but they have other ways to pay it which is nice.- And I believe there is a landfill nearbyBut overall this is a very nice apartment complex and I would highly recommend it to friends!

If I could give this place zero stars I would the office people are so mean and gross me and my husband currently live there and the people under us don't take their trash out they leave it outside their door so we see rats all of the time when we are leaving to go to our car or whatever ever we have reached out to the office and they don't do anything they say they will get maintenance to go take the trash out but they don't we email them and call because it Is so nasty and today the lady there told me that's just how it is and cussed me out as well and said they won't be doing anything and to deal with It we will never renew a lease atthis gross a** place everdo not stay here the office people don't care about anything and it won't change and we have contacted the city of Denton and are waiting to hear back since they won't fix the problem we have took matters into our own hands I repeat DONT LIVE HERE

I have a great experience at this apartment complex, environment is clean and calm, no security threats. Payment platform is seamless, the gulf course adds a great beauty to the environment, work order is resolved typically within 48hrs, I wish it could be a little earlier.Overall it's a great place to live.

I lived at this place for 9 months. Overall, the move in process was easy, had plenty of selections in a short time frame. If you need a guarantor, be expected to be a lot more to lock in your spot.The office staff is terrible about answering the phone. You have to go up there to get help with something. There is always new people working in there too. I went without a stove/oven for 3 weeks. They blamed it on backorder and I was out of luck. They told me they could not pull from another unit. When I went up to complain again after the third week and mentioned I shouldn’t be charged the full amount of rent, a stove magically appeared, that was not new and dirtier than the one I had before.When I moved out, I got charged $249.53 for “damages.” I went up to the office to ask about this. They charged a cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee. I had cleaned the place and professional cleaned the carpet myself. They said this was a generic charge and do this for each unit. The manager explains you have to have the carpet professional cleaned and provide receipt to avoid this charge. Basically they take your deposit from you.

If I could give them negative stars, I would definitely do it, it’s the worst place where you could live, its leasing workers are rude and inept, as well as maintenance workers, In summer, when I had only been living here for a couple of weeks, I was without AC for 3 months because for them everything was fine (being 78 degrees inside) when I couldn't do it anymore and after a strong argument with the assistant because the manager never wanted to show her face, I had to go to a hotel (paid by me) until they were willing to send someone to check again, do you want to know what was wrong? The compressor, and although I told them a thousand times even to the maintenance ones, they are so good and so capable that they lasted 3 months to realize, now I have been without a washing machine for a month, and although I have told them that their problem is that it does not move, they have already come 4 times to check and how they see that water comes out for them is fine (words of the maintenance manager) and to this day I am still without a washing machine, a service provided by leasing.It is important for them to know that they will never talk to the same person because they change staff every month. I hope this helps people not to be fooled by their kindness when showing the apartments.
