I am very displeased with the outcome of my nails and pedicure service. I have had service here numerous amounts of time...however, this particular tech does not have the passion nor patience to give quality service.I informed him my nails were lumpy and a nail was not formed correctly, and his reply they were not lumpy. People work hard for their money, and its really disappointing that people can do piss pour work and not want to fix it or give the quality service you paid for.

I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. I repeatedly informed the technician that she was causing me pain during my nail removal, and unfortunately, she damaged my nail. The situation was even worse yesterday; I was bleeding so profusely that I forgot to take pictures. This picture is from today. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Went for a manicure and pedicure with wife and the tech kept hurting my wife and not altering her behavior when she said ouch. Her nails were dremeled too far down and messed up. We left after just a few minutes. My tech did an okay job with just the beginning of treatment but we could not stay with her being hurt and her nails being damaged.

The worst service and a disgusting upkeep of the shop. The lady who did my pedicure was eating a sucker while doing my pedicure and then set the eaten sucker in one of the bowls from the pedicure that she had removed product from. The pedicure looked as though a toddler polished my feet and once I expressed my disappointment Kelly came over and angrily tried to fix my toes. Go elsewhere if you want quality and cleanliness.

Knew I needed a pedicure; happened to be in Golden Triangle Mall, just happened to see this salon; almost didn’t go in because of below average Reviews, went in anyway, place was clean, Lee was very hard to understand but very friendly. She took great care and worked hard on my toenails to make them look good. Tipped her nicely and was most pleased with her work.

I went and I got dipped he hurt the back of my finger on my cuticle I told him to stop and he did then he did it again and my cuticle started bleeding I definitely won’t be going back

i was charged twice for my nails. she said it only printed one receipt and i stated that my bank transactions show i was charged twice. the lady tried to say it was my bank when ive never had this problem. just came to them two weeks ago. been coming to them on and off for years. she also stated she had other customers(it was only one man in there and somebody else was attending to him) and i said i dont give a damn yall charged me twice and if it doesnt get fixed i will be returning to make sure i get my money back. and my nails could look better. will not be returning after this.
