“This review is not only about the stars , its about highlighting their high level of what a customer service should be . I went because i needed 1 tire , but once i arrived the guy looked at my other tire and said i needed to change both tires for my saftey. He said not only the one I was gonna change but the other one was in really bad condition it could have caused me to be in an accident according to the vehicle I drive . Very politely explaining me the tire sizes and weight of my truck were completely wrong . I respected his honestly because he basically saved my life and I appreciate it. No other tire place has ever explained this to me . I bought 2 set of used tires for my truck. They look like really brand new . I paid $140.

The Technicians, Jacob and Dylan are very professional, patient with answering some of my questions and knows how to take good care of a customer on what they need. “My new favorite tire shop. I had a slow leak so I brought in my car and we couldnt find any obvious reasons for the leak. I told them it’s been a very slow leak and wasn’t surprised and that we could just do a new tire instead of a plug. Instead of listening to me (thankfully) he continued to try to find the leak and eventually discovered the wheel was cracked. Also helping me repair the crack instead of having to buy a new wheel. 9/10 times walking in to any car/tire shop I get overcharged or scammed into buying things I don’t need. The people were so nice and I felt like they were more worried about helping me than taking my money. Need more folks like this in this industry!!!”

“Great experience, good group of people. Had some slight wear on a set of used tires I recently purchased on marketplace. Went in to have front tires rotated and my alignment checked. They rotated my tires and checked my vehicles alignment. They showed me the truck was in spec and since they did not have to adjust anything, they didn’t charge me for the alignment check. Will definitely continue coming back”
