TJ Sam is the best. Debbie (the loan officer) is really nice person to work with. She answered all the questions regarding the loan process and any questions related to purchasing the house. She walked through the process very patiently.we definitely will work again with her for future house purchase because she got us a very better rate compared to other lenders. It is highly recommended to use TJ Sam for getting the best rate.
