Employees parking in non designated spots more important than customers be able to enter car wash easily through dedicated lanes. They partially block lanes and managers don't care. They simply don't care about customers.

I love getting my car washed here! They have very professional employees. Hannah always helps me and makes choosing the wash that I need very simple. I love coming here and getting great customer service, and leaving with a car that looks brand new! I will for sure be back !

Great car wash!!! Hannah was so nice and very informative about the different packages. She was also just genuinely friendly. I ended up getting the works wash membership and I’m very happy with the service!

I went thru the wash on the spur of the moment. Hannah was the young lady at the window. She was very knowledgeable about the washes and all the product. She was very nice and professional!! Will definitely be back to wash again!!

Hannah was sweetest person I've ever ran into in customer service. She was so helpful with this being my first time ever to use Tommy's she walked ne through everything I needed to know.

Great car wash. Doesn't scrape your wheels. Cleans big trucks and cars. The employees are great. The guy tonight even pushed my mirrors in for me!

I went for the haunted car wash. Andrea was amazing!! David and all the volunteers did a great job putting on a show. My car looked amazing as well after. I had a really good experience:) Thanks

I got my car washed there and the machine left residue on the top of my car that looked like scratches and left actual scratches as well. I reported it to the employees and was told the management would get it contact with me about the issue and they never did , it had been about a week now. I also told the employees to let other customers know about the situation before they took their cars into the wash and they didn’t. I watched by the vacuums as each car went through. Once they came to vacuum their car i was the one that had to tell them about the situation. I personally will never go through their car wash again, the only thing good is the free vacuums and the free car mat washer. After making the report, even though the employees at the time were very nice and took pictures of everything , i was never contacted which is very disappointing.

Finally a car wash that fully cleans my large SUV with the basic wash! The back of my suv was so clean! This is often not the case with other car washes. Free vacuum and mat cleaner too! The basic wash is only $5 Monday -Thursday!Great place!

Switched from whitewater car Wash over to Tommy's Express very professional. A lot more professional than the previous car wash. My vehicle is a lot cleaner than previous car wash that was charging me over 40 bucks a month. I switched over and received 2 months for free. The people were nice but the entire back side of my car is still super dirty, it just didn’t clean the entire backend which makes the whole wash pointless. It was my first time there and I didn’t stop to use the vacuums so I didn’t even notice until I got home, super disappointing.

The carwash does a good job of getting all of your car clean and not just parts of it like many other car washes do in the area. The staff is friendly and they use the soft touch brushes so it won’t scratch the paint as easily as some of the more abrasive brushes can.
