Always loved how quiet the gym was when I went to workout (usually 8-10pm). Great equipment to use and so much space! Owner and other staff were so very helpful with any questions if I went during the day!

About 3 years ago, after overcoming a life threatening illness, I decided to prove to a doctor that I was not too old (65) to build muscle. I found the perfect place with the perfect trainer for me. I love the gym and I love my trainer Ashlynn! There's something for all ages at Training Society Denton. Thanks everybody!
