“The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I needed a small utility trailer on the spur of a moment and they were able to help out. Be aware that it is a "neighborhood dealer" and they don't have the supply the larger U-Haul storage centers have, so if you don't have a reservation and go during busy rental periods, they may be out of a specific truck/trailer. Regardless, I'll definitely go here first for my next U-Haul rental. It appeared this location is also a sticker station for Texas vehicle inspections, so I'll be going there when my next inspection is due.”

“This is my rental place to go from now on. I had fantastic service from the staff. I rented a trailer and they were very courteous and took time to connect it to my Jeep as well as disconnected when I brought it back. I didn't have to wait around for service. Keep up the good work folks!”

“Edit/update 6/23/22: I finally got in touch with the store and they are processing the late fee refund. What an ordeal trying to get someone local on the phone though - if they are busy and can't answer it rolls over to a call center and it's very frustrating when only someone at the actual store location can help you. Changing the review from 2 stars to 4 because, again, the people at the actual store location are very helpful. TLDR: U-Haul has billing problems, no way to rectify the situation, horrible communication, no way to reach store directly other than going in person...Only reason for 2 stars is the people inside the store are nice. Uh oh...Houston we have a problem! I rented a storage unit and set up auto-pay at the store. Out of an abundance of caution I double checked that auto-pay was set up prior to the due date. It was not. I re-enrolled in it again and verified the card was still on file, which it was. Imagine my surprise today when I received a notice of a late fee and non -payment of rent. Attempting to reach the store via phone led me to a call center where I was informed the rep I spoke to could only take a payment from me which included the erroneously charged late fee. I asked for someone who could resolve the entire issue at once and was transferred to a "customer service" call center where I was informed it would be over an hour wait. Luckily they had a call back service so I did that. Again, what a surprise when the rep informed me that auto-pay was still not set up, but the card was on file and then after she refreshed the page it was on. Unfortunately, she could not assist me with crediting the late fee, the store itself would have to do that. Well...I'm unable to reach the store via phone. Just now I received a notice I've been charged for the late fee and the rental. When you are there in person, they are all nice and very willing to help. Trying to reach someone by other means is next to impossible and I just can't drive 4 hours to talk to someone in person. This is a horrible way to handle this situation and until I can get there in person I guess we are stuck with this late charge even though it should have never been billed. The only reason this gets 2 stars is that the people at the actual store are nice.”

“Great location! I rented a 10' truck. Pick up was really easy and I had accidentally rented the wrong dolly and they fixed it for me! Drop off literally couldn't have been easier. I handed them my keys and I was done! And everything was fairly priced with the mileage, etc! 100% recommend this location!”

“Very very satisfied! I received Great customer service from Katy. The vehicle was clean, and really nice too.I was surprised to find such a fantastic price, last minute, on the weekend, and such a wonderful vehicle too. Other companies had either nothing to offer or they wanted hundreds of dollars for a single day.I will definitely chose budget again over their competitors.I would like to see the direct line to specific locations being answered more, but I am happy they have been so busy.Keep it up guys, I appreciate the hard work!”
