The mechanics tested everything and found it was just a dashboard light issue. They were helpful and didn't try to up sale her on anything.”
“Rented a U-Haul trailer from Austin, Texas, and it was a problem the entire time. when we tried to shut the trailer after opening it would not shut. Finally got it to work and headed out on the road from Austin to Denton. Stopped in Denton & It got stuck and we could not open it. Stopped at the Denton U-Haul and T. Michael was amazing. He helped get everything done switched out to a working trailer. He was super nice even brought us popsicles out because it was 108 degrees. Wonderful customer service !!!!! Wish they were all like this!”

We just rented a cargo van for the day... We weren't expecting anything overly special.It was just to move some apartment furniture.So the truck was what we needed , and they were very helpful.”
